One such method comprises storing, by a computing device, a first building information model (BIM) file for a building project, wherein the first BIM file comprises a building permit application file having a design for the building project; checking, by the computing device, the building permit application file for building code compliance with computable files defining building codes; generating, by the computing device, an output report indicating whether the building permit application file has passed a check for the building code compliance; and transmitting, by the computing device, the output report to a client device of an applicant associated with the building permit application file.     摘要: Global positioning system (GPS) receivers, along with a user device with a camera, can be used to determine an elevation of a point of interest on or within a structure. The user device and a first GPS receiver can be located somewhere outside the structure from which the structure is clearly visible. A second GPS receiver can be located on, within, or near the structure. The user device receives location data from both GPS receivers and calculates a distance between the two. The user device then takes a digital photograph in which structure is visible and notes the photo capture angle. The user device then calculates the elevation of the point of interest trigonometrically using the calculated GPS distance and the photo angle. The user device can then automatically insert this information into associated documentation and transmit the same.

A machine learning algorithm is trained using labelled input and output training data to produce an AI model that detects errors or discrepancies in answers provided by an applicant or tenant. The AI model is trained on standards and requirements of the housing program and automatically determines eligibility or ineligibility of a household by applying the standards and requirements to the answers of the applicant. The AI model may verify continued eligibility for a certification after receiving a notification of a household change. The AI model is trained to detect fraud and inaccuracies from data received from third parties pertaining to an applicant's or tenant's eligibility.
