摘要: Systems and methods for enhanced collection of training data for machine learning to improve worksite safety and operations. One embodiment is a system with an interface to instruct a user device of a user to capture first sensor data of an object performing one or more known actions. The system also includes a training controller to allocate points as an award to the user of the user device for correctly capturing the object performing the one or more known actions, and to generate an instruction for the user to capture second sensor data of the object performing one or more unknown actions if the user has exceeded a threshold of awarded points. The training controller trains a machine learning function based on the second sensor data of the object performing the one or more unknown actions as identified by the user having exceeded the threshold of awarded points.

摘要: Systems and methods for feature-based alert triggering are disclosed herein. The system can include memory including a model database containing a machine-learning algorithm. The system can include a user device that can receive inputs from a user; and at least one server. The at least one server can: receive electrical signals from the user device, the electrical signals corresponding to a plurality of user inputs provided to the user device; automatically generate input-based features from the received electrical signals; input the input-based features into the machine-learning algorithm; automatically and directly generate a risk prediction with the machine-learning algorithm from the input-based features; and generate and display an alert when the risk prediction exceeds a threshold value.

摘要: Techniques are described for assigning users to swarms based on skill and generating recommendations for increasing skill proficiency. In some implementations, a request specifying a set of requirements for completing a task includes at least one required skill, optionally in combination with a required minimum proficiency value(s). Metrics can be generated based on statistical analysis of instances in which a task is at least one of: (i) assigned to a user who is not associated with a required skill, (ii) assigned to a user whose proficiency value is below a required minimum proficiency value, or (iii) assigned after a delay due to unavailability of a user who is associated with a required skill. The computer system can identify a first skill for improving the metrics, identify a user for becoming associated with the first skill, and send a notification recommending an online learning resource relating to the first skill.

The system may include a user assessor unit that determines user assessment variables based on user responses to previous educational content items and generate a user model based on the user assessment variables. The system may include a recommender that navigates the knowledge base and generates recommendations of new educational content based on the user model. The recommendation can assess the user's proficiency on a given concept based on the user model and maximize the user's probability of success around the concept of which the user shows proficiency, or improve the user's proficiency around the concept the user shows weakness. In some examples, the system may acquire an expert's knowledge about certain concepts to refine the user model, increasing the accuracy of the recommender.
