Abstract: A detection method for infrared thermal image damage area of coal rock includes: step 1: collecting and recording the infrared thermal image of coal rock in the process of loading destruction; step 2: processing a gray-scale transformation on the collected infrared thermal image of coal rock; step 3: denoising an infrared thermal image of coal rock after the gray-scale transformation by the dense residual image denoising algorithm of autocorrelation network; step 4: conducting an area segmentation on the infrared thermal image of coal rock after denoising to extract eigenvalues by using a coal-rock infrared thermal image damage area segmentation algorithm of improved encoder-decoder network; step 5: observing the damage area of coal rock. The detection method improves the denoising effect of the infrared thermal image of coal rock, strengthens the extraction of the characteristics of the damage area, and improves the accuracy of the segmentation.

Abstract: An image processing system includes a processor configured to receive heat radiation from a scene by a spectropolarimetric imaging system adapted to generate a plurality of spectral frames, generate the plurality of spectral frames associated with the scene, each frame having a plurality of pixels, for each pixel from the generated plurality of spectral frames, extract scene associated spectral information, including pixel-specific temperature representing an object's temperature, and thermal texture factor representing the object's texture, for each of a plurality of materials having a specific emissivity in a library, generate reference spectral information as a function of temperature and thermal texture, match the extracted spectral information for each pixel from the generated plurality of spectral frames to the generated reference spectral information using a statistical method to minimize the associated variation, and extract spectral metadata from the matched reference spectral information for the associated material based on the match.

Abstract: One embodiment of the present invention sets forth a technique for extracting data from a document. The technique includes determining, via execution of one or more machine learning models, a first set of bounding boxes for a first set of values associated with a first key within the document and a second set of bounding boxes for a second set of values associated with a second key within the document. The technique also includes generating a first set of mappings between a list of items in the document and the first set of bounding boxes and a second set of mappings between the first and second sets of bounding boxes based on locations of the bounding boxes. The technique further includes determining, for a given item, one or more associated bounding boxes in the first and second sets of bounding boxes based on the mappings.

Abstract: This disclosure relates generally to method and system for predicting distance of gazed objects using IR camera. Eye tracking technology is widely used to study human behavior and patterns in eye movements. Existing gaze trackers focus on predicting gaze point and hardly analyzes distance of the gazed object from the gazer or directly classify region of focus. The method of the present disclosure predicts gazed objects distance using a pair of IR cameras placed on either side of a smart glass. The gaze predictor ML model predicts distance at least one gazed object positioned from eye of each subject during systematic execution of a set of tasks. From each pupillary information of each pupil a set of features are extracted which are utilized to classify the gazed object of the subject based on the distance into at least one of a near class, an intermediate class, and a far class.

Abstract: Some aspects of the technology described herein perform identity identification on faces in a video. Object tracking is performed on detected faces in frames of a video to generate tracklets. Each tracklet comprises a sequence of consecutive frames in which each frame includes a detected face for a person. The tracklets are clustered using face feature vectors for detected faces of each tracklet to generate a plurality of clusters. Information is stored in an identity datastore, including a first identifier for a first identity in association with an indication of frames from tracklets in a first cluster from the plurality of clusters.
