摘要: A communication apparatus mounted on a vehicle includes: a camera that captures a still image used for generating a map; a positioning circuit that positions a captured position of the still image; a control circuit that associates position information indicating the captured position with image data of the still image; and a communication circuit that establishes a radio communication with a roadside unit and transmits the image data by radio to the roadside unit, in which the control circuit rearranges an transmission order of the image data to be transmitted by radio to the roadside unit, based on the position information.

摘要: A method for parallel use of a reserved road space in a transportation network by a plurality of scheduled vehicles and a plurality of unscheduled autonomous vehicles is disclosed. The method comprises determining a route for the unscheduled autonomous vehicles travelling in the transportation network. The route is use for travelling from an origin to a destination in the transportation network. The method further comprises predicting conflicts for the unscheduled autonomous vehicles with the scheduled vehicles when travelling in the reserved road space. Predicting the conflicts is done using the selected route and items of the interaction data for the plurality of scheduled vehicles. The method also comprises generating conflict avoidance instructions for the unscheduled autonomous vehicles in order to avoid the predicted conflicts with the scheduled vehicles.

摘要: A rear view mirror assembly includes a rear view mirror that is mounted on a windshield of a vehicle and a personal electronic device in remote communication with an extrinsic communication network for sending and receiving text messages. A display is movably integrated into the rear view mirror such that the display is visible to the driver. A communication unit is integrated into the rear view mirror and the communication unit is in communication with the display. The communication unit is in remote communication with the personal electronic device thereby facilitating the display to display text messages received from the personal electronic device. In this way the display facilitates the driver to read the text messages without requiring the driver to look away from the road upon which the vehicle is traveling.

摘要: According to the disclosed approaches, a first processor receives location messages from second processors. Each location message specifies published geographical coordinates that indicate a geographical location. The first processor accesses subscriptions to location topics in response to the location messages. The first processor determines whether or not the published geographical coordinates match any of the subscribed-to geographical coordinates. Matching location messages are transmitted to one or more third processors identified by the subscriptions.

摘要: Techniques are disclosed for systems and methods associated with free lock detection of a micromobility vehicle. Data from one or more sensors of the micromobility vehicle may be received and compared to a threshold stored or determined for the micromobility vehicle. Based on the comparing, an indication of free locking the micromobility vehicle may be determined and one or more notifications of the indication may be generated and sent for display on a mobile device. A parking condition of the micromobility vehicle may also be determined, such as utilizing image data of the micromobility vehicle. The image data may be analyzed to determine whether the micromobility vehicle is parked within a designated parking area distinguished through distinct coloring, patterns, signs, placards, markers, or images.
