    Abstract: A system for providing personalized community-based post-stroke rehabilitation is disclosed. The system includes a user-end module, a cloud platform module, and a therapist-end module. The user-end module is configured to provide schedule information with instructions of at least one specific exercise and to show at least one image or video, in which the user-end module provides a camera view page to record a target image or video and to record a target user's performance metric. The cloud platform module is configured to receive and store the target user's performance metric from the user-end module. The therapist-end module is permitted to log in the cloud platform module and receive the target user's performance metric from the cloud platform module, and the therapist-end module is further configured to visualize the target user's performance metric so as to show exercise waveform comprising quantitative data for qualitative analysis.

    Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed herein for continuing playback of a digital tutorial until a user interrupts the playback by signaling to the system that there is an issue or that the user needs help. The system, through detecting a recording that the user captured or a person's utterance (e.g., through passive voice monitoring) determines that the user's needs assistance with the digital tutorial. The system determines, based on the recording, that the user needs help to get to a specific step and play supplemental instructions to the user to get to the specific step.

    Abstract: System for automatically generating AR landmarks for guiding a novice user while performing maintenance operations in a device, such as a mechanical or electronic device. The system comprises one or more video cameras are used to acquire video segments of a sequence of maintenance phases, a computer (with a least one processor) that runs an operation software, for training a Machine Learning (ML) model to identify and classify predetermined parts of the device, tools for performing the maintenance operations by manipulating the state of the parts, manual operations (such as hand gestures) of a professional worker, while using the tools, during manipulation according to a workflow being a sequence of phases for carrying out the maintenance operations. Each phase is a predetermined plurality of corresponding operations performed by the professional worker in any order, to be completed before moving to the next phase. The video segments are processed by the processor and operating software to automatically generate an interaction file using the trained model. The interaction file is adapted to encode the workflow in the form of a collection of landmarks, manual operations, and the relation between them, using a playable format; associate each landmark with a corresponding phase; determine starting and ending landmarks for each phase and determine transitions between completed phases and their corresponding consecutive phases. A player is used to play the interaction file in AR user interface that is worn by the novice user. The player generates graphical guiding visual signs and animations representing each of the phases and transitions, optionally generates audio guiding instructions to be played with corresponding visual signs and animations and adds the graphical guiding visual signs and animations (along with the optional audio guiding instructions) to the AR user interface.

    Abstract: A computerized method and apparatus are disclosed for determining the accuracy of written characters input by a user and whether the characters were formed with the correct strokes and complied with applicable rules and providing visual and audio feedback to the user. A computing device comprises a character comparison engine, rules engine, stroke engine, art rendering engine music engine, and vocalization engine and has access to a character library, rules library, stroke library, art library, and audio library. The computing device shows the user the appropriate way to write a character, allows the user to then write the character, assesses the quality of the character, and provides audio and/or visual feedback to the user in response to the quality of the user's work to provide positive feedback. The visual feedback can include step-by-step instruction on how to paint using the traditional Chinese outline or no-outline painting techniques.
