摘要: The present disclosure provides systems and methods for generating deeply integrated presentation gadgets. A system can maintain a plurality of application interfaces each having one or more data fields for presenting content. The system can maintain an information resource having data objects. Each of the data objects can have a content attribute. The system can extract each data object from the information resource based on the respective content attribute. The system can generate a presentation data structure having fields for the information resource based on the extracted data objects. The system can select an application interface for presentation with the information resource. The application interface can populate the one or more data fields of the application interface. The system can present the application interface with the information resource at a client device based on the one or more data fields of the application interface.

摘要: A method for predicting student performance in interactive question pools, comprising: a data processing and feature extraction module for: extracting from historical score data records statistical student features reflecting the students' past performances on the questions; and statistical question features indicating a question popularity of each question and the average students' scores on each question; and extracting from the pointing device movement data records a plurality of interactive edge features representing the characteristics of the students' problem-solving behaviors; a network construction module for: performing an Edge2Node transformation to transform the interactive edge features into one or more interaction nodes; and constructing a heterogeneous student-interaction-question (SIQ) network; and a prediction module for processing the SIQ network using a residual relational graph neural network to predict a student's score on unattempt questions.

摘要: Systems and methods are provided for automatic evaluation of argument critique essays written by young students in response to prompts. A transformer pre-trained for natural language processing is employed as a machine learning model, which is fine-tune with a first training dataset comprising unannotated argument critique essays written by college students, and then fine-tuned with a second training dataset comprising annotated argument critique essays written by middle school students, where each sentence in the second training dataset is annotated for the presence of valid critiques to prompts. The fine-tuned machine learning model is used to classify each sentence in an essay to be evaluated as either containing a valid critique or not.

摘要: Systems and methods for real-time user verification in online education are disclosed. In certain example embodiments, user identifying information associated with a user and a request to access online education content may be received from a user device. A face template including historical facial image data for the user can be identified. Current facial image data can be compared to the face template to determine if a match exists. Biometric sensor data, such as heart rate data, may also be received for the user. The biometric sensor data may be evaluated to determine if the user is currently located at the user device. If the user is currently located at the user device and the current facial image data matches the face template, access to the online education content may be provided to the user at the user device.

摘要: Provided are techniques for assisting remote education learners. Data is collected for an actual base environment, a simulated base environment, and an exam environment for a learner taking an exam. The collected data is used to generate a first behavior pattern for the learner in the simulated base environment and a second behavior pattern for the learner in the exam environment. In response to the second behavior pattern deviating beyond a threshold from the first behavior pattern, a classification of non-cognitive learners class is determined for the learner. A de-bias technique is applied to the classification to generate a final classification. In response to the final classification being the non-cognitive learners class, education material for a subject covered in the exam is selected, and the educational material is played on a remote learner computer of the learner.
