Abstract: An irradiation under-beam device (2) and an irradiation processing production line, which belong to the technical field of irradiation processing and are used to improve the irradiation uniformity of an insulator (1) during irradiation processing. The irradiation under-beam device (2) comprises a frame (21), a rotary clamping member (22), and a supporting device (23). The rotary clamping member (22) is configured to secure a first end of the insulator (1), the rotary clamping member (22) is rotatably connected to the frame (21), and when the rotary clamping member (22) clamps the insulator (1), the axis of rotation of the rotary clamping member (22) relative to the frame (21) coincides with the axis of the insulator (1). The supporting device (23) is arranged on the frame (21), and the supporting device (23) is configured to support and secure a second end of the insulator (1). The irradiation under-beam device (2) is used to secure the insulator (1), so that the insulator (1) can receive radiation from a radiation source (4).

Abstract: An apparatus, system, and method for real-time dosimetry. An electron beam irradiation system includes one or more detectors. The detectors have coils that, when an electron travels by a sensor pad in the detector, the electron induces a current into the coils. The current is detected and the electron is counted. The number of electrons counted at the one or more detectors is compared to the number of electrons leaving an electron gun, giving a dosage of the workpiece being irradiated.

An example technique may include continuously scanning the particle beam at a constant rate from a starting point to an ending point, and determining a plurality of spots located between the starting point and the ending point. The technique may include determining a plurality of beamlets based on the plurality of spots, and determining, using an amount of dose to be delivered via each beamlet, a total amount of dose to be delivered. The technique may include generating a line segment having the starting point and the ending point, the line segment having the total amount of dose to be delivered based on the plurality of beamlets.

Abstract: An on-axis, angled, rotator device is disclosed. The rotator device may include a container containing a slot for receiving a sample. An angle of the slot may be configured to be between 0 and 180 degrees relative to a perpendicular irradiation plane of a radiation device. The rotator device may include a cup positioned within an opening of the container. Additionally, the rotator device may include a driveshaft configured to transmit torque to cause the cup to be rotated when the cup is positioned within the opening. When the sample resides within the slot and the driveshaft transmits the torque to the cup, the cup may cause the sample to rotate about a center axis of the sample. The angle of the slot containing the sample and the rotation of the sample about the center axis may facilitate uniform radiation exposure to the sample when the radiation device emits radiation.

The blocking chamber (6) includes: a gripper (74) for gripping the preform product (P); a sterilized rotation table (71) for conveying the gripped preform product (P) in a circular path; and a blocking wall (81) not in contact with the sterilized rotation table (71) and configured to block the X-rays.
