    摘要: An insertable high-voltage bushing includes an inner conductor which extends in a longitudinal direction between a high-voltage terminal and a plug-in section of the high-voltage bushing. The plug-in section is configured for the insertion of the high-voltage bushing into a device connection part of an electrical device. An insulating body at least partially extends around the inner conductor. A housing at least partially extends around the outside of insulating body. The housing includes a tubular housing element which extends between a head fitting at the high-voltage terminal of the high-voltage bushing and a mounting flange for fastening the high-voltage bushing to a device housing of the electrical device. The housing element is made of a composite material and a secondary insulation provided between the housing element and the insulating body is formed of a dry foam.

    摘要: A high-voltage bushing includes an insulating body disposed concentrically around a cylindrical winding support formed of electrically conductive material, and a sealing device for sealing a gap between the winding support and the insulating body. The sealing device includes a sealing element disposed in a circumferential sealing groove. The circumferential sealing groove is disposed in the winding support and accommodates the sealing element. A method for producing a high-voltage bushing includes placing an insulating body concentrically around a cylindrical winding support formed of electrically conductive material. The insulating body has mutually concentrically disposed insulating layers. A sealing element is introduced into a circumferential sealing groove in the winding support, and the insulating body is subsequently impregnated with a resin to seal a gap between the winding support and the insulating body.

    摘要: A gas-insulated bushing including an insulating tube filled with an insulating gas, a central conductor centrally arranged within the insulating tube, and a capacitor unit connected to the central conductor and partitioning the interior of the insulating tube. The central conductor has an intermediate constriction to which the capacitor unit is connected and is formed of two connected conductor parts, at least one of which is terminally restricted to form the constriction. A pair of flanges is secured to the ends of respective of the conductor parts and connects the conductor parts at the constriction. A shield member is supported on one of the flanges and spaced apart from the conductor parts at the constriction in order to relieve the electric field at the constriction.

    摘要: A hermetically sealed terminal having improved leakage resistance, the terminal comprising a support member having a base with at least one annular opening therein and a pair of concentric sleeves associated with the opening and projecting outwardly from one side of the base, with an elongated terminal pin extending centrally through the sleeves, the terminal pin being secured to the support member by a molded dielectric sealing member bonded to the terminal pin and to the opposite surfaces of the base, integral portions of the sealing member filling the innermost sleeve and the annular space between the two sleeves and being bonded to the inner and outer surfaces of the sleeves to effectively increase the area of interface between the sealing member and the support member so as to inhibit the formation of leakage paths from one side of the terminal to the other due to thermal expansion and contraction of the parts. The invention also contemplates the provision of an improved terminal pin construction to inhibit the formation of leakage paths between the terminal pin and the sealing member, the terminal pin having knurled portions extending outwardly beyond the opposite ends of the sleeve which effectively prevents transmission of torque forces between the outer ends of the pins and the central portion thereof lying between the knurls.
