The heat sink assembly includes: a vibrating plate including a magnetic material; a vibrating film, one end of which is connected with the vibrating plate; a driving device having an electromagnet, which is arranged opposite to the vibrating plate; a control circuit which is connected with the driving device and is configured for transmitting to the driving device a control signal for controlling the electromagnet to be energized and de-energized. The electromagnet generates a magnetic field that drives the vibrating plate to vibrate when the electromagnet is alternately switched between an energized state and a de-energized state. The vibrating film vibrates with the vibration of the vibrating plate.

Reducing a time-varying undesired magnetic field in a passenger compartment of a vehicle includes a magnetic field source for transmitting time-varying currents resulting in the time-varying undesired magnetic field in the passenger compartment including a selected region suitable for presence of people; a sensor for detecting the time-varying undesired magnetic field and to provide sensing data; a magnetic field generator for generating a time-varying cancellation magnetic field in the selected region; a circuit for receiving the associated sensing data; determining the time-varying cancellation magnetic field from the associated sensing data; and transmitting signals to the magnetic field generator to thereby generate the time-varying cancellation magnetic field for at least reducing the time-varying undesired magnetic field.
