摘要: A magnetoelectric multiferroic nanocomposite. The nanocomposite comprises a ferroelectric perovskite oxide and a rare-earth substituted mixed ternary transition metal ferrite of the formula A1-xBxRyFe2-yO4. The nanocomposite has a high dielectric constant, low dielectric loss, both stable over a wide frequency range. These properties may make the nanocomposite desirable for applications in microelectronic devices, sensors and antennas.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a heat sink assembly and control method, and an electronic device and manufacturing method. The heat sink assembly includes: a vibrating plate including a magnetic material; a vibrating film, one end of which is connected with the vibrating plate; a driving device having an electromagnet, which is arranged opposite to the vibrating plate; a control circuit which is connected with the driving device and is configured for transmitting to the driving device a control signal for controlling the electromagnet to be energized and de-energized. The electromagnet generates a magnetic field that drives the vibrating plate to vibrate when the electromagnet is alternately switched between an energized state and a de-energized state. The vibrating film vibrates with the vibration of the vibrating plate.

摘要: An iron core magnetic circuit multiplexing method. The iron core magnetic circuit multiplexing method comprises: using an iron core as a magnetic circuit multiplexing channel of any periodic function power electromagnetic field and signal electromagnetic wave and a combination thereof; and constructing the magnetic circuit multiplexing channel into an iron core superspace, wherein the iron core superspace can accommodate any one or more power electromagnetic fields and signal electromagnetic waves.

Reducing a time-varying undesired magnetic field in a passenger compartment of a vehicle includes a magnetic field source for transmitting time-varying currents resulting in the time-varying undesired magnetic field in the passenger compartment including a selected region suitable for presence of people; a sensor for detecting the time-varying undesired magnetic field and to provide sensing data; a magnetic field generator for generating a time-varying cancellation magnetic field in the selected region; a circuit for receiving the associated sensing data; determining the time-varying cancellation magnetic field from the associated sensing data; and transmitting signals to the magnetic field generator to thereby generate the time-varying cancellation magnetic field for at least reducing the time-varying undesired magnetic field.

A first closed magnetic circuit formed by the magnetic field generating component and the first yoke passes through a magnetic field application region in which the magnetocaloric material is accommodated. A second closed magnetic circuit formed by the magnetic field generating component, the first yoke, and the second yoke bypasses the magnetic field application region. Magnetic resistance of the second closed magnetic circuit when the second yoke is located at the second position is smaller than the magnetic resistance of the second closed magnetic circuit when the second yoke is located at the first position.
