摘要: Disclosed are a hybrid aluminum electrolytic capacitor and a method of producing the same, where the electrolytic capacitor is impregnated in a film repairing fluid. The film repairing fluid includes an organic solvent having a b.p. of 180° C. or more, a small number of an inorganic and/or an organic acid and an amine having a b.p. 180° C. or more. The fluid has high withstand voltage and can provide repairing effect for the oxide film of the anode foil of the non-solid aluminum electrolytic capacitor. The hybrid aluminum electrolytic capacitor impregnated with the film repairing fluid of the invention has the characteristics of high voltage, high capacity, low impedance and small leakage current, so that the electrolytic capacitor can maintain low equivalent series resistance and low impedance in the high frequency range.

摘要: A power storage device includes: an electrode assembly, including a positive electrode, a separator, and a negative electrode; and an electrolyte solution. The negative electrode includes a negative electrode current collector, and a negative electrode active material layer formed on a surface of the negative electrode current collector. The negative electrode is doped with lithium. The power storage device includes first through-holes penetrating the negative electrode current collector in a thickness direction thereof. On at least one side of the negative electrode current collector, the power storage device includes second through-holes penetrating the negative electrode active material layer in a thickness direction thereof. An aperture ratio of the first through-holes on the negative electrode current collector, or an aperture ratio of the second through-holes on the negative electrode active material layer is 0.001% or higher and 1% or lower.

摘要: The present invention relates to a positive electrode of a hybrid capacitor, a manufacturing method therefor and a use thereof. The positive electrode comprises a current collector, and a bonding layer and a positive electrode material layer sequentially located on a surface of the current collector. The bonding layer comprises a first adhesive. The positive electrode material layer comprises a second adhesive, conductive agents, a positive electrode active substance and a lithium-rich compound. The conductive agents comprise a first conductive agent and a second conductive agent. The first conductive agent comprises at least one of graphite powder, conductive carbon black or acetylene black. The second conductive agent comprises at least one of a graphene material and a one-dimensional carbon material.

摘要: A method for prelithiating a soft carbon negative electrode includes the steps of: disposing the soft carbon negative electrode and a lithium metal piece spaced apart from each other with a lithium-containing electrolyte present therebetween; prelithiating the soft carbon negative electrode at a first constant C-rate until a voltage thereof is reduced to a first predetermined voltage not greater than 0.3 V vs. Li/Li+, the first constant C-rate being not greater than 5 C; prelithiating the soft carbon negative electrode at a second constant C-rate until the voltage thereof is reduced to a second predetermined voltage lower than the first predetermined voltage, the second constant C-rate being not greater than 0.2 C and being less than the first constant C-rate; and prelithiating the soft carbon negative electrode at a prelithiation constant voltage which is not greater than the second predetermined voltage, thereby completing prelithiation of the soft carbon negative electrode.

摘要: A hybrid lithium-ion battery-capacitor (H-LIBC) energy storage device includes a hybrid composite cathode electrode having a lithium ion battery (LIB) cathode active material and a lithium ion capacitor (LIC) cathode active material. An anode electrode having a surface is pre-loaded and pressed with a lithium (Li) thin film source. The anode electrode is pre-lithiated with the lithium film source by positioning the Li film source on the surface of anode electrode after electrolyte filling and soaking processes, a separator and an organic solvent electrolytic solution including a lithium salt electrolyte are also provided. A method of making a hybrid lithium-ion battery-capacitor and a method of making a hybrid composite cathode for a hybrid lithium-ion battery-capacitor are also disclosed.
