摘要： For reducing the click rate and improving the setting accuracy, in the case of a power control unit (11) for electric heating appliances, a contact separation (D) of two contacts (14, 15) can be varied independently of a position change of an appliance switch (12) with a snap-action element (16). Preferably, the position of the counterstop (33) is modified by an application thereof to a separation cam disk (36). The appliance switch position is fixed by means of a power cam disk (28) and determines the power level.In this way it is possible to randomly set within wide limits the click rite for each setting of the relative on period.

摘要： An assembly method and a thermostat for an electric/gas oven are provided. An enclosure formed by a base and a cover for enclosing a switch subassembly includes axially aligned channels extending through opposed walls and external keying and positioning features. A pair of axially aligned actuators are received within the axially aligned channels. A frame having cooperating keying and positioning features positions and supports the enclosure containing the switch subassembly and supports both a temperature responsive subassembly and a spindle subassembly in operative position with respect to the actuators. The spindle subassembly includes a cam member mounted on a spindle for rotation with the spindle. The cam member provides a cam surface having a first cam rise equivalent in a first range of rotation of the spindle and a second cam rise equivalent in a second range of rotation of the spindle.

摘要： A mechanical displacement amplifier is disclosed in which a displacement amplifying spring member essentially in the shape of a shallow V is positioned between a reference point structure and a displacement member so as to buckle in response to movement of the displacement member towards the reference point structure. A dimple is provided adjacent the buckling point of the spring member to prevent it from straightening entirely. A thermostat embodying the mechanical displacement amplifier is also disclosed, in which a push rod between a microswitch and the buckling point of the spring member actuates the microswitch. A temperature adjustment dial positions the reference point structure, and a temperature sensing unit is the displacement member.

摘要： An overvoltage protection device has a plurality of overvoltage arresters and a disconnecting apparatus. For each of the overvoltage arresters a blocking element is present, each of which is arranged so as to block the path of movement of a mechanically preloaded wedge slide having a wedge bevel. A rocker lever arrangement has first lever arms corresponding to the number of wedge slides and at least one second lever arm for blocking or releasing a displacement element, wherein ends of the first lever arms each have a surface for contacting the respective wedge bevel of the wedge slides in such a way that, when the respective path of movement is released, at least one of the wedge slides lifts the corresponding first lever arm with its wedge bevel, as a result of which the second lever arm releases the displacement element.
