Abstract: A test button loop device that includes an elastic button and a conductive member forming a test loop. The elastic button includes a contact portion matched with the conductive member, and a button member pressing the contact portion. The conductive member is linked with a handle mechanism or an operating mechanism or a moving contact of a circuit breaker, which drives the conductive member to approach the contact portion when the circuit breaker is closed, and the button member in this state can drive the contact portion to contact the conductive member to switch the test loop on. The handle mechanism or the operating mechanism or the moving contact of the circuit breaker drives the conductive member away from the contact portion when the circuit breaker is opened, and the button member in this state can will not be able to contact the conductive member.

Abstract: A thermal breaker having a push rod positioned in a base of the thermal breaker between a first terminal and a second terminal and beneath an electrical conducting element. A first end of the electrical conducting element is fixed to and makes electrical contact with the first terminal and a second opposite end extends to the second terminal and is constructed to make reversible electrical contact with the second terminal. A spacer extends from the push rod and is positioned in between the second end and the second terminal when the push rod is pushed manually towards a rear end of the base, preventing electrical conductivity between the first terminal and the second terminal. Releasing the push rod restores electrical conductivity between the first terminal and the second terminal as a spring pushes the push rod towards a front end of the base.

Abstract: A circuit breaker with an integrated motorized racking mechanism, automatically provides electrical power to the racking motor when the breaker is inserted into a breaker compartment. The racking motor remains powered when the breaker is in either a disconnected position, a testing position, or a fully connected position. A racking power plug mounted within the circuit breaker conducts electrical power to the racking motor by automatically connecting to a stationary racking power receptacle mounted in the breaker compartment, and remains connected as the circuit breaker moves through the breaker compartment during the racking operation. A control power plug is mounted in the circuit breaker to connect to a stationary control power receptacle mounted in the breaker compartment and to conduct control power to control circuits in the circuit breaker after the racking motor has completed racking the circuit breaker into the connected position in the breaker compartment.

Abstract: A method for protecting an electrical low-voltage circuit for a protective switching device. A mechanical break contact unit, which is switched by opening or closing contacts for current flow in the low-voltage circuit, and an electronic interrupter, which is switched by semiconductor-based switching elements into a high-impedance state or a low-impedance state of the switching elements, are connected in series. If the level of current in the low-voltage circuit exceeds a current threshold value, prevention of current flow through the low-voltage circuit is initiated by high-impedance switching of the electronic interrupter. When the electronic interrupter is high impedance or switched to high impedance, the level of current in the low-voltage circuit continues to be determined, and if a first residual current threshold value is exceeded, the contacts of the mechanical break contact unit are opened.

Abstract: A quick tripping device with a moving contact mechanism that includes a contact support and a moving contact. An operating mechanism is in driving connection with the moving contact mechanism, so that the moving contact and a static contact are switched on or off. A first push rod is pivotally disposed on the contact support with one end in driving fit with the moving contact, a driving gap is formed between the one end and the moving contact, and a first push rod driving end of the first push rod is in driving fit with the operating mechanism to trip the operating mechanism. When the moving contact is repelled, the moving contact rotates relative to the contact support through the driving gap, and then contacts with the first push rod driven end and drives the first push rod to rotate, so that the operating mechanism is tripped.

Abstract: A box core module, a plug module, and a surge protective device (SPD) are provided. The combined line is led out through the first pin electrode and the second pin electrode. The plug module is combined with a base. A modularized multi-form assembly-type SPD is provided. Mutual conversion between a high working voltage of the SPD and a large lightning strike through-current is achieved when the same voltage-limiting element is used and an overall tripping mode remains unchanged.
