    Abstract: A protective element includes a base substrate, a fusible conductor, a heater, and a heater-attached substrate. The base substrate has a first electrode and a second electrode formed thereon, the first electrode and the second electrode each being connected to an external circuit. The fusible conductor is supported on a first surface thereof by the base substrate and connected to the first electrode and the second electrode. The heater is configured to fuse the fusible conductor by generating heat. The heater-attached substrate has the heater provided thereon. The fusible conductor has one contact with the heater-attached substrate and the one contact is positioned on a second surface of the fusible conductor, which is an opposite surface to the first surface.

    Abstract: A power connector includes a housing having a front wall including a socket configured to receive a power plug. The power connector includes an electrical component held by the housing being electrically connected to a power contact in the socket. The electrical component is a heat generating component. The power connector includes an EMI enclosure coupled to the housing. The EMI enclosure has walls defining a chamber. The housing, power contacts, and electrical component are received in the chamber. The walls of the EMI enclosure provide EMI shielding for the electrical component. The EMI enclosure includes a flap extending from a wall of the EMI enclosure into the chamber having a flap thermal interface thermally coupled to the electrical component to dissipate heat from the electrical component.

    Abstract: A fuse module including a housing, a busbar disposed within the housing adjacent an interior surface of a rear wall of the housing, a terminal extending through a front wall of the housing and having a fuse coupling portion disposed within the housing adjacent an interior surface of a front wall of the housing and a conductor coupling portion protruding from an exterior surface of the front wall of the housing, and a movable pushrod extending through the rear wall of the housing and having a head portion disposed adjacent a rigid portion of the busbar for moving the rigid portion of the busbar between a retracted position, the rigid portion of the busbar located near the interior surface of the rear wall, and an extended position wherein the rigid portion of the busbar is located further from the interior surface of the rear wall relative to the retracted position.

    Abstract: A liquid discharge structure includes a bottom wall with a discharge opening for liquid, the liquid being collected inside a casing which is configured to be installed in a vehicle, a blocking wall disposed outside the bottom wall so that the blocking wall is overlapped with the discharge opening in a plan view on the bottom wall and opposed to the bottom wall with a gap, and a pair of vertical walls extending towards the bottom wall from the blocking wall in a front-rear direction of the vehicle, the pair of vertical walls being opposed to each other in a width direction of the vehicle, wherein the pair of vertical walls is configured to define a discharge path together with the bottom wall and the blocking wall, the discharge path being opened towards both of a front and rear side of the vehicle.
