摘要: Embodiments of the disclosure provided herein include an apparatus and method for lamp heating in process chambers used to process semiconductor substrates. The apparatus includes a lamp for use in a processing chamber, the lamp having a lamp envelope with an interior volume, a first end of the lamp envelope coupled to a base, a second end of the lamp envelope opposing the first end, a filament disposed within the interior volume, and a radiation shield proximate to the second end. In another embodiment, the lamp assembly has at least one lamp, the at least one lamp having a lamp envelope having an interior volume, a first end of the lamp envelope coupled to a base, a second end of the lamp envelope opposing the first end, a filament disposed within the interior volume, and a radiation shield proximate to the second end.

摘要: An airport runway light for use as a runway approach light for a runway lighting system, the runway light having a light body with a base configured to support the runway light in a light socket of a runway lighting system, the base having an electrical connection to electrically connect the runway light to the runway lighting system, the light further including one or more output windows wherein the runway light has a high-efficiency infrared source and one or more infrared reflectors to direct the infrared source outwardly through the one or more output windows, the infrared source including a silicon nitride element wherein the infrared source produces virtually no detectable visible light and with much less power consumption.

摘要: The invention relates to a headlight for a vehicle, comprising a concave reflector and a lamp arranged within the reflector to reflect light from the lamp to create an illumination beam with a bright/dark boundary. The lamp comprises a transparent vessel including a longitudinal axis, at least a first and second filament arranged within the vessel. A baffle arranged proximate to the first filament, and comprising first and second upper side edges. The first filament is arranged above a plane including the upper side edges. A different plane is through the center of the first filament and is arranged perpendicular to the longitudinal axis. The upper side edges are arranged symmetrically to a baffle symmetry axis extending from the center of the first filament centrally between the upper side edges. The lamp is arranged within the reflector rotated around said longitudinal axis by a rotation angle of 2°-20°.

摘要: An apparatus for generating light may be comprised of a light source with a lens interposed in a light path from the light source. The lens may be comprised of two or more sections wherein at least one section may be comprised of smart glass. Electrical circuitry may be configured to control a transparency state of the smart glass lens sections. Another embodiment may have two reflectors wherein one of the reflectors may be interposed between the light source and the other reflector and may be comprised of smart glass with a transparent state and a reflective state so that two different reflection patterns may be created. A method for illumination wherein at least one area's illumination is controlled by a section of smart glass is also disclosed.

The micro-optical element may be made up of micro-optical structures on a surface of an at least partially transparent layer (11) coupled to the housing (2). The micro-optical structures may, for example, be manufactured by directly imprinting them on the at least partially transparent layer (11) coupled to the housing or by casting an at least partially transparent layer (11) including the electroluminescent element to a body of the light emitting device. The diffractive optical features of the micro-optical element (12) are designed according to the position, size and shape of the one or more electroluminescent elements (1), and output light distribution of the one or more electroluminescent elements (1).

This light-emitting device includes: an elongated bar-shaped package extending sideways, the package being formed such that a plurality of leads are formed integrally with a first resin with part of the leads exposed; a light-emitting element that is fixed onto at least one of the leads and that is electrically connected to at least one of the leads; and a second resin sealing the light-emitting element. In the light-emitting device, the first resin and the second resin are formed of optically transparent resin, and the leads have outer lead portions used for external connection and protruding sideways from both left and right ends of the package.
