    Abstract: A displacement magnifying mechanism includes a base portion serving as a substrate; a first attachment portion and a second attachment portion which are provided on a surface on one side of the base portion; a first piezoelectric element and a second piezoelectric element of which one ends are attached to the first attachment portion and the second attachment portion; an operating portion which is connected to the other ends of the first piezoelectric element and the second piezoelectric element and generates a displacement due to expansion and contraction of the piezoelectric element; and a link portion which is disposed at the center between the first piezoelectric element and the second piezoelectric element, links the operating portion and the base portion, and is made of a material having a higher Young's modulus than that of the first piezoelectric element and the second piezoelectric element.

    Abstract: A piezoelectric actuating apparatus including a frame, a rotatable element, an actuating structure, and a sensing structure is provided. The rotatable element is disposed in an accommodating opening and connected to the frame through a rotating shaft structure. The rotatable element is configured to reciprocatingly swing relative to the frame with an axis of the rotating shaft structure. The actuating structure is elastically coupled to the rotatable element through at least one first elastic component. The sensing structure is elastically coupled to the rotatable element through at least one second elastic component. The actuating structure is deformed by receiving a driving signal, and drives the rotatable element to rotate around the axis through the at least one first elastic component. The rotating rotatable element is linked to the sensing structure through the at least one second elastic component to be correspondingly deformed, and outputs a sensing signal.

    Abstract: A detection device and a detection method for a light emitting element are provided. The detection device includes a piezoelectricity sensor and a light sensing circuit. The piezoelectricity sensor includes a first piezoelectricity element, wherein the first piezoelectricity element is used to contact a first electrode of the light emitting element to cause a first deformation of the first piezoelectricity element. The first piezoelectricity element generates a first voltage based on the first deformation to power the first electrode.     Abstract: A flexure guidance system may be provided for controlling movement of an optical subassembly and/or a connected combiner lens. For instance, the flexure guidance system may include a distal end piece, a proximal end piece, and multiple wire flexures that link the distal end piece to the proximal end piece. The linking wire flexures may be spaced to form an interior cavity between the distal end piece and the proximal end piece. This interior cavity may house various electronic components. One or more actuators in the system may move the electronic components according to input signals along different axes of movement provided by the wire flexures. Various other methods, systems, and computer-readable media are also disclosed.
