摘要: An electronic device and a power management method thereof are provided. The power management method includes: detecting a plurality of status information of a plurality of operation statuses of a battery set; determining an information value range within which each of the status information of each of the operation statuses falls, calculating a weighting value of each of the operation statuses according to the information value range; and calculating a weighting value sum corresponding to the weighting values of the operation statuses to set a load capacity of the battery set according to the weighting value sum.

摘要: A battery pack that can cut off its charge/discharge path in various states in which a battery pack should not be used is obtained. A battery pack according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes: a secondary battery provided on a path connecting a first terminal and a second terminal and having a plurality of battery cells; a monitoring circuit capable of detecting a cell voltage of each of the plurality of battery cells; a first connection terminal led to the first terminal via a first path; a second connection terminal led to the second terminal via a second path; a fuse element provided on the first path; a heat generator provided on a third path connecting the first path and the second path and capable of melting and cutting the fuse element; a switch element provided on the third path; and a control circuit capable of controlling a switching operation of the switch element based on a detection result of the monitoring circuit, by performing PFM control such that the switch element has an ON time that is kept at a predetermined time and the switch element has an OFF time that can be changed according to a secondary battery voltage.

摘要: A vehicle battery pack may include: a first battery portion including a first battery module; a second battery portion including a second battery module; a connector supplying power from at least one of the first battery portion and the second battery portion when no battery abnormality has occurred to a thermal management control unit; a bypass path unit providing a path to bypass any one of the first battery portion and the second battery portion when a battery abnormality has occurred; and a switching unit connecting the bypass path unit to the first or second battery portion when the battery abnormality has occurred, in a power supply circuit including the first battery portion and the second battery portion, connected to the connector, to supply power to the thermal management control unit.

The battery system can include: a battery pack including a plurality of battery cells; a battery management system configured to obtain information on the battery pack, and manage the battery pack based on the obtained information; and a battery black box configured to, while the electric vehicle is turned off, supply a power voltage to the battery management system, and store battery pack management information generated by the battery management system. The battery pack management information may include information on at least one of a plurality of cell voltage of the plurality of battery cells, a current and a temperature of the battery pack, and an insulating resistance of the battery pack.

摘要: The invention discloses a battery device, a detection method thereof, and a screening method and device of a battery unit. A difference between characteristic values of any two battery units in the target charge state within a first preset range is controlled. Through the difference in overpotential of different battery units, the polarization difference between different battery units is reflected, thus reflecting the consistency difference between different battery units. The solution may dynamically monitor the consistency of various battery units, which may reflect the consistency of the battery unit during use, realize the online monitoring of the battery unit, and provide guidance for use of the battery device in subsequent process.

摘要: A battery enclosure may be provided for managing debris and gas from at least one battery during a thermal runaway event. The battery enclosure may comprise a housing adapted to receive the at least one battery in an interior of the housing and a vent extending from the housing. In one embodiment, the battery enclosure may further comprise a spark arrestor having a first region to vent the gas and a second region positioned to capture the debris. The vent may includes a first portion, a second portion, and a central portion between the first portion and the second portion defining a bend and including an enlarged area at the bend. The vent may include a first end, a second end, and a channel defined between the first end and the second end adapted to prevent fluid from entering the housing.

摘要: A multi-cell rechargeable energy storage system (RESS) includes an enclosure having a tray and a cover with battery cells mounted to the tray and a structural senseline assembly having a busbar subassembly for connecting the battery cells. The senseline assembly also includes a sensing device for detecting operation of the battery cell(s) and a sensing circuit connected to the busbar subassembly and to the sensing device for communicating electrical signals therefrom to an external controller. The senseline assembly additionally includes a first interconnect board (ICB) disposed between the battery cells and the busbar subassembly to position the sensing circuit, the busbar subassembly, and the sensing device, and electrically isolate the busbar subassembly from the cells. The senseline assembly further includes a second ICB disposed between the cover and the busbar subassembly and structurally connecting the cover to the first ICB to transmit physical forces between the cover and the tray.

摘要: A battery safety valve and temperature detection circuit, includes a battery, a temperature sensor, and a reference resistor that are connected in series to form a loop, and a safety valve sensor arranged outside a battery safety valve. The temperature sensor is arranged on the battery, voltage acquisition wires are connected to a positive electrode and a negative electrode of the battery respectively, a partial voltage acquisition wire is connected to a wire connected between the temperature sensor and a reference resistor, the voltage acquisition wires and the partial voltage acquisition wire are connected to corresponding voltage acquisition ports of an acquisition chip respectively. The safety valve sensor is connected in parallel to the reference resistor; and when the safety valve is open, a liquid in the battery is in contact with a bottom of the safety valve sensor, and the safety valve sensor is short-circuited.
