A battery pack includes: two or more unit cells including a stacked unit consisting of a set of a positive electrode resin current collector, a positive electrode active material layer, a separator, a negative electrode active material layer, and a negative electrode resin current collector stacked sequentially, a stacked body of the above-described two or more unit cells being enclosed in an exterior body; and an integrated insulator covering across boundaries between the above-described unit cells on at least one of the side surfaces of the above-described stacked body.

    摘要: The present invention provides a vacuum hopper precharger configured such that an electrolyte and gases contained in the electrolyte are suctioned by a vacuum hopper, the gases inside the electrolyte are discharged to the outside, and the electrolyte is stored in a vacuum nozzle of the vacuum hopper and then supplied into the secondary battery, thereby reducing defects of the secondary battery and lengthening the life thereof. The present invention comprises: a base frame 20 put in a floor and having an interior space 21; a gas removal part 30 installed on an upper portion of the interior space 21 and removing gases inside a secondary battery 100; an elevator 40 installed on a lower portion of the interior space 21 at an area corresponding to the gas removal part 30, receiving the secondary battery 100 on a top portion thereof, and moving the secondary battery 100 upward or downward; and a controller 50 controlling the gas removal part 30 and the elevator 40.

The battery includes: a battery cell, provided with a pressure relief mechanism, the pressure relief mechanism being configured to be actuated when an internal pressure or temperature of the battery cell reaches a threshold, to relieve the internal pressure; a bus component, configured to be electrically connected to the battery cell; an electrical cavity, configured to accommodate the battery cell and the bus component; a collecting cavity, configured to collect emissions from the battery cell when the pressure relief mechanism is actuated; and a sealing structure, disposed in an airflow path formed between the pressure relief mechanism and a wall of the electrical cavity and configured to prevent the emissions from reaching the bus component when the pressure relief mechanism is actuated.

The batteries may include an anode material coupled with the first current collector. The batteries may include a cathode material coupled with the second current collector. The batteries may also include a separator positioned between the cathode material and the anode material. The batteries may include a hydrogen-scavenger material incorporated within the anode active material or the cathode active material. The hydrogen scavenger material may absorb or react with hydrogen at a temperature above or about 20° C.
