摘要: A battery monitoring device monitors a lithium precipitation amount in a lithium ion battery. The battery monitoring device includes a precipitation amount detection unit that has a short circuit for discharging the lithium ion battery by temporarily shorting both ends of the lithium ion battery. The lithium precipitation amount detection unit calculates an estimation value of the lithium precipitation amount based on a change in at least one of current or voltage when both the ends of the lithium ion battery is shorted by the short circuit. The battery monitoring device includes a temperature sensor that detects a battery temperature of the lithium ion battery.

摘要: The present application provides a switch control device and method, a motor controller, and a battery pack heating control system. The switch control device includes: a processing module configured to select, when it is determined that a switch control cycle switches from a previous cycle to a current cycle, a target upper bridge arm switch module for the current cycle from upper bridge arm switch modules other than a target upper bridge arm switch module for the previous cycle and/or select a target lower bridge arm switch module for the current cycle from lower bridge arm switch modules other than a target lower bridge arm switch module for the previous cycle; wherein the processing module is further configured to: during each switch control cycle, control the target upper bridge arm switch module and the target lower bridge arm switch module to be turned on and off.

摘要: Provided are a battery module, a battery and a power consuming device. The battery module comprises: a plurality of battery cells arranged in a first direction; a heating film extending in the first direction and attached to a first wall of each of the plurality of battery cells, the first wall being parallel to the first direction, the heating film being configured to heat the plurality of battery cells; and a protective film extending in the first direction and attached to a first surface of the heating film away from the battery cell, the protective film being configured to protect the heating film. According to the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present application, the heating film inside the battery can be physically protected to prevent metal wire in the heating film from being damaged or broken.

When a temperature of the electrical storage device is raised, the switching device is configured to cause a temperature raising circuit to be formed, the temperature raising circuit being a flow passage circuit in which a connection flow passage connecting the first flow passage, the second flow passage, and the third flow passage to one another is provided, with the fourth flow passage being independent of the connection flow passage.

摘要: Embodiments of this application provide a box, a battery, an electric apparatus, and an apparatus for manufacturing battery. The box includes a thermal management component, where the thermal management component is configured to regulate temperature of a battery cell; and a protective plate, disposed at a side of the thermal management component away from the battery cell and configured to protect the thermal management component. The thermal management component is provided with a first snap-fitting portion, and the protective plate is provided with a second snap-fitting portion. The first snap-fitting portion and the second snap-fitting portion are snap-fitted to connect the thermal management component and the protective plate. The box, the battery, the electric apparatus, and the apparatus for manufacturing battery in the embodiments of this application can improve the safety of batteries.

Each of the plurality of battery modules includes a thermally conductive frame having a plurality of apertures and a plurality of battery cells, wherein each of the plurality of battery cells is disposed in one of the plurality of apertures. Each of the plurality of battery modules also includes a heating element disposed on a top of the thermally conductive frame and a cooling plate disposed on a bottom of the thermally conductive frame. The thermally conductive frame includes a plurality of cooling ribbons disposed between at least two of the plurality of apertures, wherein each of the plurality of cooling ribbons extend from top of the thermally conductive frame to the bottom of the thermally conductive frame.
