摘要: A battery module includes: a plurality of aligned battery cells having differently-oriented surfaces; a cell supervision circuit (CSC) configured to receive signals corresponding to the voltage and/or temperature of at least one of the battery cells; and a flexible interconnector comprising a strip-shaped flexible printed circuit (FPC). The FPC includes a first insulating main surface, a second insulating main surface opposite the first insulating main surface, and a plurality of thermally and/or electrically conducting lines between the first insulating main surface and the second insulating main surface. Each of the conducting lines has a contact portion exposed by a contact aperture in the first insulating main surface and/or in the second insulating main surface and a connecting portion for connection to the CSC, and the flexible interconnector wraps around the battery cells such that the contact portions contact the differently-oriented surfaces of the battery cells.

摘要: An energy storage device includes at least one energy storage cell and at least one sleeve disposed around the at least one energy storage cell. The energy storage cell includes a metal case having an outer dimension and the sleeve includes a chamber having an inner dimension larger than the outer dimension of the case, wherein the chamber is configured to receive the energy storage cell. A plurality of energy storage devices are located in an energy storage module, wherein each one of the plurality of energy storage devices is located in one of a plurality of compartments located in a block of the energy storage module. An electrically conductive fluid is directed to the plurality of energy devices through a passageway of the block.

摘要: A battery module includes a battery assembly including battery blocks including cylindrical batteries having bottom surfaces flush with respective planes, the battery blocks being connected to one another in an axial direction of the cylindrical batteries; and a cooling plate configured to cool the cylindrical batteries. The battery blocks have: respective cooling surfaces constituted by respective one end surfaces of the battery blocks; and respective discharge surfaces constituted by respective opposite end surfaces of the battery blocks. The cylindrical batteries include respective discharge valves having respective openings at respective discharge surfaces of the battery blocks. The battery assembly includes a duct gap for discharge between adjoining battery blocks such that a cooling surface of one adjoining battery block faces, across the duct gap, a discharge surface of another adjoining battery block. The cooling plate has an L-shape including a heat-absorption plate portion and a heat-dissipation plate portion connected perpendicularly and unitarily to one another. The heat-absorption plate portion is disposed on and thermally coupled to the cooling surface of one adjoining battery block. The heat-dissipation plate portion is disposed on an outer surface of the battery assembly. The duct gap is provided between the heat-absorption plate portion and the discharge surface of another adjoining battery block.

摘要: Embodiments of the present application provide a case of a battery, a battery, a power consumption device, and a method and device for preparing a battery. The case includes: an electrical chamber configured to accommodate a plurality of battery cells and a bus component, where at least one battery cell of the plurality of battery cells includes a pressure relief mechanism; a thermal management component configured to accommodate a fluid to adjust temperatures of the plurality of battery cells; and a collection chamber configured to collect, when the pressure relief mechanism is actuated, emissions from the battery cell provided with the pressure relief mechanism; where the thermal management component is configured to isolate the electrical chamber from the collection chamber. According to the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present application, the safety of the battery can be enhanced.

The battery support beam includes a first end, a second end opposite the first end, and a battery support section between the first end and the second end. The battery support section includes a plurality of cylindrical sleeves arranged in a predetermined pattern, each having a cylindrical sidewall having an open-ended top and an open-ended bottom. Each of the cylindrical sidewalls is configured to be arranged around a cylindrical middle section of one of a plurality of cylindrical battery cells. The battery module includes a plurality of cylindrical battery cells including a plurality of groups of battery cells arranged in the predetermined pattern. The battery module further includes a battery support section for each of the plurality of groups of battery cells.

摘要: An air-cooled battery cooling system for an air mobility vehicle may ensure the cooling performance for batteries using air flows during the flight of the air mobility vehicle, since the cooling of the batteries is performed using an air flow in the top-bottom direction due to the hovering of the air mobility vehicle and an air flow in the front and rear direction due to the cruising of the air mobility vehicle, the efficient cooling performance for the batteries is ensured in a variety of flight modes. Furthermore, the batteries are securely fixed while being cooled by air flows via the heat transfer pads within the battery packs.

A battery support includes a support surface supporting the plurality of cells. The support surface has a first end portion, a second end portion, a first side portion and a second side portion. A ventilation member is arranged below the battery support between the first side portion and the second side. The ventilation member includes a surface section, and a plurality of wall members that project outwardly of the surface section. The plurality of wall members define a plurality of ventilation channels.

摘要: A battery module includes first and second neighboring battery cells. The battery module also includes a cold-plate configured to remove thermal energy from the first and second battery cells. The cold-plate includes first and second sections configured to seat respective first and second cells. The first section defines a first vent arranged directly adjacent the first cell and configured to exhaust gases therefrom. The cold-plate additionally includes a first closure element arranged within and configured to block the first vent in a first mode to transfer thermal energy from the first cell to the cold-plate. The first closure element is additionally configured to open the first vent in a second mode when the first cell undergoes a thermal event to exhaust gases and transfer thermal energy from the first cell through the first vent and thereby control propagation of a thermal runaway in the battery module.
