摘要: The invention relates to a device (2) for regulating the temperature of, and especially for cooling, an electrical component (103), especially a battery, the temperature of which must be regulated, said electrical component (103) especially being liable to give off heat during the operation thereof, the temperature-regulating device comprising at least one first circuit (4) configured to allow a heat-transfer fluid to flow; and at least one second circuit (5) configured to convey a dielectric fluid, this second circuit comprising at least one outlet for distributing the dielectric fluid in the direction of the electrical component; at least one first circuit (4) and at least one second circuit (5) being arranged so that the first circuit is in a heat-exchange relationship with the fluid distributed via the at least one outlet of the second circuit.

The surrounding frame includes an extending portion protruding inwardly and connected to the bottom plate. The battery module includes an L-shaped module-end facing the bottom plate and supported by the extending portion.

摘要: A battery module is provided having a cooling apparatus including at least one first line and at least one second line, wherein the first line and the second line conduct a fluid and absorb heat from cells of the battery module and transfer the heat to the fluid. The first line and the second line extend perpendicular to the cells of the battery module. The first line and the second line are arranged parallel to one another. A flow direction of the fluid in the first line is opposite a flow direction of the fluid in the second line.

摘要: According to one embodiment, a constraint jig, used in manufacturing of a battery in which an electrode group is stored in an exterior container having a square shape, is provided. The constraint jig includes a plurality of metal constraint plates. The plurality of constraint plates are arrayed, and form a space in which the battery is arranged between constraint plates adjacent to each other. The plurality of constraint plates constrain the battery arranged in the space, and thus prevent an expansion of the exterior container beyond a predetermined range. Each of the constraint plates has an inner hollow, and includes an inflow port allowing a cooling fluid to flow into the inner hollow and an outflow port allowing the cooling fluid to flow out of the inner hollow.

The battery cooling structure comprises: a cooling liquid delivery pipe configured to deliver a cooling liquid to a battery enclosure; a cooling channel comprising a first cooling channel and a second cooling channel, the first cooling channel being provided in an enclosure bottom plate of the battery enclosure, the second cooling channel being provided in an enclosure end plate of the battery enclosure, and the first cooling channel and the second cooling channel being in communication with each other once the enclosure bottom plate and the enclosure end plate are combined; and a first water-cooling joint provided on an outer side of the enclosure end plate and comprising a first end and a second end, the first end being connected to the cooling liquid delivery pipe, and the second end being connected to the second cooling channel.
