    摘要: A battery module includes a first pouch battery cell and a neighboring second pouch battery cell. The battery module also includes a dielectric fluid in direct contact with and in circulation over and around each of the first and second pouch cells. The battery module additionally includes an immersion barrier positioned between the first and second pouch cells and defining an opening for controlling passage of the dielectric fluid between the first and the second pouch cells. The barrier thereby facilitates localization of a thermal runaway event in the first pouch cell by minimizing transfer of high temperature gases between the first and the second pouch cells via the dielectric fluid and controls propagation of the thermal runaway event in the module. The battery module further includes an enclosure housing and retaining each of the first and second pouch cells, the dielectric fluid, and the immersion barrier.

    摘要: A fluid line for connection with an assembly of a motor vehicle includes a pipe and at least one connector. The connector is configured for insertion into a complementary coupling, and has a main body and a locking element for locking with the coupling. The locking element is mounted relative to the main body so that it can rotate around a rotational axis, and designed in such a way as to achieve a locking of the connector by rotating the locking element around the rotational axis. The locking element has at least one locking contour, and is designed in such a way that a force acting axially on the connector is exerted in the direction of the coupling by rotating the locking element during a locking process with a coupling.

    摘要: A battery cooling block, including: a housing defining a flow chamber and including a first and second port configured to allow flow of coolant through flow chamber along a first axis; the housing further including a plurality of compartments disposed in the flow chamber, each compartment extending along a respective compartment axis perpendicular to first axis and each compartment configured to receive respective cylindrical battery cell; wherein each compartment is defined by partially open compartment wall within flow chamber, compartment wall including a plurality of wall segments extending parallel to compartment axis and which are circumferentially spaced apart around compartment axis wherein respective battery cell is partially exposed to flow of coolant. A battery assembly, including: plurality of cylindrical battery cells; and battery cooling block as described above. Each of the plurality of cylindrical battery cells is received in respective one of the plurality of compartments of battery cooling block.
