摘要: The present invention addresses the problem of providing an oxygen channel for air cells, the oxygen channel having high aperture ratios (specifically, high planar aperture ratio and high cross-sectional aperture ratio), specifically, an oxygen channel for air cells, wherein both the planar aperture ratio and the cross-sectional aperture ratio are 50% or more, preferably 60% or more.
The present invention provides an oxygen channel for air cells, the oxygen channel being composed of a structure that comprises two kinds of resin fibers having different fiber diameters in a mesh form, wherein the ratio of the fiber diameter of resin fibers having the larger fiber diameter to the fiber diameter of resin fibers having the smaller fiber diameter is within the range from 1.2 to 7.-

摘要: For manufacturing a Zn-air battery, a semi-liquid hydrogel including a polymer component comprising an irradiation activatable crosslinking initiator, and including an electrolyte component is deposited on a zinc anode. At least parts of the semi-liquid hydrogel are irradiated to activate the irradiation activatable crosslinking initiator for crosslinking the polymer component such as to transform the semi-liquid hydrogel into a drop-free yet sticky hydrogel. An air cathode is stuck to the drop-free yet sticky hydrogel.

摘要: Glassy carbon coatings exhibiting high thermal stability, high electrical and thermal conductivity, low friction, impermeability, and extreme resistance to chemical attack are disclosed. The glassy carbon coatings are formed from carbonization of a phenolic resin or non-graphitizable polymer. An optional thermal shock resistant substrate can be included. Methods of making and using the glassy carbon coatings are further disclosed. The glassy carbon coatings are particularly useful for inclusion in metal air batteries.

摘要: A metal-air battery system includes a cell including: a chamber; and an electrode device housed in the chamber. The electrode device includes: a first electrode; a tubular second electrode disposed so as to surround the first electrode on a radially outer side of the first electrode; and a tubular third electrode disposed so as to surround the second electrode on a radially outer side of the second electrode, and is configured such that an electrolyte solution flows at least between an outer peripheral surface of the first electrode and an inner peripheral surface of the third electrode. A combination of the first electrode, the second electrode, and the third electrode is a combination of a negative electrode containing metal, a charging positive electrode, and a discharging positive electrode.

摘要: Disclosed are a metal carbide catalyst composite for abifunctional zinc-air battery, which contains both vanadium metal and heterogeneous transition metal, and a zinc-air battery system containing the same. According to an embodiment of the disclosure, a catalyst reaction area is increased by substituted iron and vanadium ions of the metal carbide catalyst composite for the zinc-air battery, thereby exhibiting high activity for ORR performance as well as OER performance.
Additionally, an embodiment of the present invention provides a material for a positive electrode active material for secondary batteries and a method for manufacturing a material for a positive active material for secondary batteries. In detail, it provides a material for secondary battery positive electrode active material and a method of manufacturing a material for secondary battery positive electrode active material that can utilize a carbon-coated iron-vanadium metal oxide structure as a secondary battery positive active material.-
