摘要: An automated coin cell battery manufacturing system can include a holding arrangement, an electrolyte dispensing component, a case providing component, a pick and place component, and a crimping component. The holding arrangement can hold multiple partially assembled coin cells that can each include electrode(s) and a spacer within a coin cell cap. The electrolyte dispensing component can automatically dispense electrolyte material into the partially assembled coin cells, and the electrolyte material can be different for different coin cells. The case providing component can store multiple coin cell cases and automatically provide the stored coin cell cases. The pick and place component can automatically pick the coin cell cases from the case providing component and can automatically place the coin cell cases on the multiple partially assembled coin cells to form fully assembled coin cells within the holding arrangement. The crimping component can automatically crimp the fully assembled coin cells.

The cutting blade set includes a plurality of second cutting blades that are movable relative to each other.

The transfer films may include a plurality of co-extensive electrical protolayers forming an electrical protolayer stack, at least selected or each protolayer independently exhibiting a complex viscosity of between 103 and 104 Poise at a shear rate of 100/s when heated to a temperature between its Tg and Tdec.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a pressing device which includes: at least two floating heads which are arranged side by side; a positioning member connecting with each floating head and defining a position of each floating head; a cover plate positioned above each floating head; and elastic members, each elastic member being provided between the cover plate and the corresponding floating head so as to make the cover plate slide up and down relative to each floating head. The pressing device can be adapted to a step type cell or a step type battery having a certain tolerance in thickness and can ensure that every step surface of the step type cell or the step type battery is uniformly pressed, thereby improving the quality of the battery.

摘要: A method is disclosed for producing a battery preparing a first electrode by providing a substrate and depositing onto the substrate at least one silicon-based semiconductor layer of a specific porosity, in particular a doped micro-crystalline silicon layer that may comprise additions of Ge, Sn and/or C; treating the semiconductor layer using laser radiation for fully or partially varying the porosity, in particular by increasing the porosity of active regions for accommodating ions, in particular lithium-ions, or for reducing the porosity of inactive regions, for decreasing the ion-absorption capacity; arranging the first electrode together with a second electrode and an electrolyte within a housing; and contacting the two electrodes and connecting with external terminals accessible from outside the housing. Also disclosed is a battery made according to the disclosed method.

摘要: A battery bushing for rechargeable batteries has mounting and contacting sections and a torque ring between these sections. The torque ring or the outer surface can be endowed with several indentations. The mounting section is configured to hold the battery bushing within a battery cover, into which it is preferably injection molded. The battery bushing is a hollow body with outer and inner walls. At the contacting section, the outer wall is conically shaped. At the mounting section, the outer wall has at least one circumferential projection forming a labyrinth. The inner wall comprises at least an upper section, approximately surrounded by the contacting section and preferably having a conical shape, and a lower section approximately surrounded by the mounting section. The lower section preferably has (in a lateral sectional view) a concave shape. Between the upper and lower sections, there may be an edge or a step.

摘要: A battery capable of changing its form safely is provided. A bendable battery having a larger thickness is provided. A battery with increased capacity is provided. For an exterior body of the battery, a film in the shape of a periodic wave in one direction is used. A space is provided in an area surrounded by the exterior body and between an end portion of the electrode stack that is not fixed and an interior wall of the exterior body. Furthermore, the phases of waves of a pair of portions of the exterior body between which the electrode stack is located are different from each other. In particular, the phases are different from each other by 180 degrees so that wave crest lines overlap with each other and wave trough lines overlap with each other.

摘要: The present invention concerns a flat battery comprising a package formed by a cathode, an anode, and a separator layer sandwiched between the cathode and the anode, a sealing frame extending circumferentially around said package, a first current collector contacting the anode, and a second current collector contacting the cathode. The first and second current collectors each partly cover the sealing frame in a zone being adjacent to the package. According to the invention, the battery further comprises a first polymeric jacket layer being arranged on the first current collector and a second polymeric jacket layer being arranged on the second current collector, said first and second polymeric jacket layers extending circumferentially beyond the current collectors and beyond the sealing frame and being sealed together to form an outer jacket for the battery. Furthermore, the present invention also concerns a method to produce such a battery.
