摘要: Proposed is a fuel cell membrane humidifier which includes a main housing, a hollow fiber membrane cartridge including a seal mount and a fixing layer, an inlet housing including a coupling portion, a seal ground portion, and a main chamber, an outlet housing including a coupling portion, a gas inflow port, a second chamber, and a cartridge insertion portion, a variable seal including a body portion, and a rib elastically transformed with respect to the body portion and being in close contact with the seal ground portion, and a back pressure passage communicating between the main chamber and the seal ground portion, wherein the ground pressure of the rib on the seal ground portion is formed to increase in correspondence to the pressure of dry air of the main chamber introduced through the back pressure passage when the dry air is supplied.

The supporting bead is spaced apart from the sealing bead and extends along the wavy course of the sealing bead. The supporting bead has a periodically changing, non-vanishing width with at least two periods, the width of the supporting bead being measured perpendicular to the direction of extension of the supporting bead and from a first outer bead foot to a second outer bead foot of the supporting bead.

摘要: A radical-curable seal member for fuel cell 4 having a glass transition temperature of −40° C. or lower made from a crosslinked product of a radical-curable composition containing (A) (Meth)acrylic polymer having a (meth)acryloyl group at a molecular chain end, (B) Monofunctional (meth)acrylic monomer, (C) Polyfunctional (meth)acrylic monomer and (D) Radical polymerization initiator, wherein the radical-curable composition contains 20 to 90 weight parts of component (B), 1 to 10 weight parts of component (C), 0.01 to 10 weight parts of component (D) with respect to 100 weight parts of component (A), a weight ratio [(B)/(C)] of the component (B) with respect to the component (C) being 4 to 24, and a content [(C)/{(A)+(B)+(C)}] of the component (C) with respect to a total of 100 wt % of the component (A), the component (B), and the component (C) being 1 to 7 wt %.

摘要: A solid oxide cell (SOC) chip with the double-electrolyte structure and a preparation method thereof are provided. The SOC chip includes two electrolytes, where the two electrolytes are separated by an inner electrode sandwiched between the two electrolytes; a plurality of regularly arranged gas paths is provided in the inner electrode; at least two sides of the inner electrode are covered with side sealing members; outer surfaces of the electrolytes are provided with outer surface elements; the outer surface elements include an intermediate layer, an outer electrode, an inner electrode plate, and an outer electrode plate; the inner electrode is connected to the inner electrode plate; and the outer electrode is connected to the outer electrode plate. The side sealing members each are provided with a multi-layer structure, including an inner sub-layer and an outer sub-layer.

Each of the at least one bipolar plate is formed between two of the plurality of fuel cells. The plurality of hollow fasteners and the plurality of sleeves extend through holes in each of the top end plate, the bottom end plate, the plurality of fuel cells and the at least one bipolar plate. Each of the plurality of sleeves surrounds one of the plurality of hollow fasteners. Each of the plurality of hollow fasteners comprises a top surface, a hole in the top surface, a side surface, and a plurality of holes formed in the side surface.

摘要: The invention relates to a method for producing a sealed fuel cell (101) for a fuel cell stack (100), comprising a cathode-side distributor plate (K), an anode-side distributor plate (A) and a membrane electrode unit (MEA), said method comprising the following steps: 1) providing a cathode-side distributor plate (K) and an anode-side distributor plate (A), 2) providing a first film web (B1) for sealing the cathode-side distributor plate (K) and a second film web (B2) for sealing the anode-side distributor plate (A), 3) punching a cathode-side distributor structure (VK) for the cathode-side distributor plate (K) out of the first film web (B1) and an anode-side distributor structure (VA) for the anode-side distributor plate (A) out of the second film web (B2), 4) cutting the first film web (B1) to produce a first seal (D1) for the cathode-side distributor structure (VK) and cutting the second film web (B2) to produce a second seal (D2) for the anode-side distributor structure (VA), 5) placing the first seal (D1) on the cathode-side distributor plate (K) and the second seal (D2) on the anode-side distributor plate (A), 6) heating the cathode-side distributor plate (K) and the anode-side distributor plate (A) in order to connect together the first seal (D1) on the cathode-side distributor plate (K) and the second seal (D2) on the anode-side distributor plate (A) in an integrally joined manner, more particularly to melt said seals together.
