    摘要: A semiconductor device having a plurality of layers deposited on a substrate and extending in at least one lateral aspect defined by a lateral axis thereof comprises at least one EM radiation-absorbing layer deposited on a first layer surface and comprising a discontinuous layer of at least one particle structure comprising a deposited material. The at least one particle structure of the at least one EM radiation-absorbing layer facilitates absorption of EM radiation therein in at least a part of at least one of a visible spectrum and a UV spectrum while substantially allowing transmission of EM radiation therein in at least a part of at least one of an IR and an NIR spectrum.

    摘要: An earpiece radiation attenuation device that is used to attenuate UHF radiation emitted by an earpiece while the earpiece is being worn in an ear. The earpiece radiation attenuation device has an elastomeric molding that connects to the earpiece emitting the UHF radiation. The elastomeric molding contains metal powder and dielectric material that is homogenously dispersed within a polymer base. The metal powder and dielectric material with the polymer base attenuate UHF radiation in a synergistic manner. The metal powder includes a conductive powder and high-density powder. The conductive powder forms a shield to the UHF radiation. The high-density powder absorbs the UHF radiation. The dielectric material can be glass microspheres that are specifically sized to reflect the UHF radiation, wherein the reflected radiation cancels some of the incoming radiation.

    摘要: Disclosed in the present disclosure is an ultra-wide band antenna using a wave-absorbing material and a dielectric, which relates to the technical field of antennas. The antenna includes an upper fixing plate and a lower fixing plate, a left side plate and a right side plate are fixed between the upper fixing plate and the lower fixing plate separately, and the upper fixing plate, the lower fixing plate, the left side plate and the right side plate are fixed together to form a cylindrical structure. A cavity is fixed at the left end opening of the cylindrical structure, a first wave-absorbing material block is fixed in the cavity, an upper ridge and a lower ridge are arranged in the cylindrical structure, and tail ends of the upper ridge and the lower ridge are inserted into the first wave-absorbing material block.
