摘要: A holographic antenna comprises an optically transparent substrate; a hologram arranged on a first surface of the substrate, the hologram comprising two or more hologram stripes, each having a plurality of linearly arranged hologram pixels, each comprising a switching component; a ground plane arranged on a second surface, opposite the first surface, of the substrate; one or more surface wave launchers arranged on or in a surface of the substrate, the one or more surface wave launchers being configured to feed a feeding signal in a frequency range above 50 GHz into the hologram; and control lines connected to the switching components of the hologram pixels for controlling the hologram pixels individually or in groups.

摘要: A package structure including a first redistribution circuit structure, a semiconductor die, first antennas and second antennas is provided. The semiconductor die is located on and electrically connected to the first redistribution circuit structure. The first antennas and the second antennas are located over the first redistribution circuit structure and electrically connected to the semiconductor die through the first redistribution circuit structure. A first group of the first antennas are located at a first position, a first group of the second antennas are located at a second position, and the first position is different from the second position in a stacking direction of the first redistribution circuit structure and the semiconductor die.

摘要: A Yagi-Uda monopolar antenna configured to be mounted on the conductive surface of a vehicle, especially an aircraft. The antenna comprises: a radiating element, taking the form of a conductive plate, for example one having the shape of a disc, which plate is equipped with a return conductor; a reflecting element; and at least one directing element taking the form of a monopole that is folded on itself. The various elements are mounted on a substantially planar surface such as the skin of the fuselage of an aircraft. The antenna simultaneously has a wide operating band, a good compactness and a good directivity. It may especially serve as joint antenna for a plurality of air-ground communication systems of an aircraft.

摘要: An orthogonally polarized Yagi-like MIMO antenna system and a triangular printed wideband Yagi based MIMO antenna system, respectively, and methods for making the antennas. The orthogonally polarized Yagi-like MIMO antenna system includes two slot round loop elements on a top side of a substrate. Each slot round loop element has two input ports and two slot reflectors. For each slot round loop element, one of the two input ports is placed orthogonally to the other input port, and one of the two slot reflectors is placed orthogonally to the other slot reflector. The triangular printed wideband Yagi based MIMO antenna system includes three round loop elements on a top side of a substrate and a circular reflector on a bottom side of the substrate. Each of the three round loop elements is placed at 120° with respect to other two round loop elements and has three parasitic directors.
