    摘要: A card edge connector with a seal member that blocks migration of vaporized flux into the connector. The connector includes conductive elements curved at locations and a housing to hold the conductive elements. The housing has openings on a board facing surface. The openings are sized to allow conductive elements inserted into the housing through the openings. Vaporized flux entering the connector through the openings during board assembly may accumulate on contact surfaces of the conductive elements and cause failures to read a card inserted in the connector. The seal member may be attached to the board facing surface of the housing.

    摘要: An electrical connector assembly includes a contact module having an upper part and a lower part stacked with each other in the vertical direction. The upper part includes a front/outer upper unit and a rear/inner upper unit. The lower part includes a front/outer lower unit and a rear/inner lower unit. Each unit includes an insulative body and a plurality of contacts integrally formed with the insulative body. The insulative body includes a middle sector and a pair of side sectors. The contacts include the side-band contacts retained in the middle sector, and the differential-pair contacts retained in the side sectors. The tail sections of the side-band contacts are mounted to the printed circuit board. The tail sections of the differential-pair contacts are connected to the wires. Each of the unit further includes a metallic grounding bracket provides spaced two positions mechanically and electrically connected to each corresponding grounding contact.

    摘要: This disclosure relates to a combination structure of an output line and a terminal. An output line includes an insulation sleeve and a copper wire. A conducting terminal includes a riveting ring, a conducting ring and a soldering segment connected to one another. The riveting ring is fixed on the insulation sleeve. The conducting ring covers the copper wire. The soldering segment is bent and extended with an included angle with respect to an extending direction of the output line. The output line and the conducting terminal pass through a reflow oven to make the conducting ring and the copper wire be tinned and connected. The insulation seat includes a base and a terminal slot. The soldering segment is embedded in the terminal slot. The circuit board and the conducting terminal pass through the reflow oven to make the soldering segment be tinned and connected to the circuit board.

    摘要: An electronic module. The electronic module includes a circuit carrier having an electrical and/or electronic circuit. This circuit is completely embedded in an encapsulation molding compound. The electronic module includes an electrically contactable outer contact connection arranged on the enclosure, which has a press-fit zone. The contact connection is electrically connected to the electrical and/or electronic circuit on an upper side of the circuit carrier facing the press-fit zone. In the region of the press-in zone, the contact connection in the enclosure is free of the encapsulating compound. The contact connection is accommodated in a cavity of a holding frame made of a plastics material. The cavity is formed by a closed wall running around the contact connection, which rests on the upper side of the circuit carrier and projects in a direction of the press-fit zone. The wall separates the cavity from the encapsulating compound.
