    摘要: A multipart contacting assembly has at least two substantially flat contact plates with flat faces that provide contacting zones having contact elements extending from the lateral edge for contacting mating contacts, and a contact cage which is bent in a substantially U-shaped or V-shaped manner having a base section and two opposing contact arms protruding therefrom. The contact cage provides two respective contact ribs running next to one another in pairs for each contact plate, thereby forming a press-in gap with press-in zones which are situated opposite one another in pairs, wherein each press-in zone is oriented toward the press-in gap so that the two contacting zones of each contact plate are fixed between press-in zones in a form- and force-fitting manner in the assembled state, and wherein the free end of each contact arm of the contact cage has an inner contact zone for contacting another contact element.

    摘要: The present disclosure relates to an external device-to-external device connector for wireless communication devices, which is configured to electrically connect two spaced external devices together, and comprises two interface members and a coupling member. The inner conductor part and the insulation part of the coupling member are held together by the concave-convex fitting parts opposite to each other, and there is a first gap between the concave-convex fitting part of the inner conductor part and that of the insulation part, which allows the inner conductor part to have radial displacement relative to the insulation part; or, the outer conductor part and the insulating part of the coupling member are held together by the concave-convex fitting parts opposite to each other, and there is a second gap between the concave-convex fitting part of the outer conductor part and that of the insulating part, which allows radial displacement of the insulating part relative to the outer conductor part. The external device-to-external device connector can achieve satisfactory RL and PIM performance.

    摘要: A pluggable connector, configured to electrically connected a first printed circuit board (PCB) and a second PCB, or configured to electrically connect the first PCB with conductive wires. The pluggable connector includes a male end and a female end. The male end includes a male housing and male plugs. The male plugs are disposed on the male housing and are soldered to a first PCB, and the male plugs extend outwards from the male housing. The female end includes a female housing and conductive clips. The female housing is engaged with the male housing. The conductive clips are disposed on the female housing, and the conductive clips are soldered to a second PCB or electrically connected to the conductive wires. A pair of clamping pieces are disposed on the conductive clips where the pair of the clamping pieces are oppositely disposed.

    摘要: A busbar for use in mechanically and electrically connecting components in a device or system. The busbar includes a plurality of conductors arranged to provide two opposed end portions and an intermediate portion, wherein each of the conductors has a plurality of intermediate extents that traverse the intermediate portion. The intermediate portion including: (A) an unfused segment where no intermediate extents of the conductors are fused together to form a single consolidated conductor, and (B) a fused segment that includes (i) a partial solidification zone where a majority of the intermediate extents of the conductors are fused together to form a partially solidified region that provides a single consolidated conductor, (ii) a full solidification zone where all of intermediate extents of the conductors are fused together to form a fully solidified region that provides a single consolidated conductor, and (iii) an unsolidified region where all of the intermediate extents of the conductors are not fused together.

    摘要: A connector assembly includes multiple terminals. Each terminal includes a conductive portion. The terminals include first and second high speed signal terminals and a low speed signal terminal. The conductive portions of the first and second high speed signal terminals and the low speed signal terminal are correspondingly defined as first, second and third conductive portions. An adapter board is located above a circuit board to be conductively connected to a cable directly or indirectly. The adapter board includes first and second signal circuit layers located at different heights. The first signal circuit layer includes a first high speed signal circuit conductively connecting the first conductive portion and a conductive wire of the cable. The second signal circuit layer includes a second high speed signal circuit conductively connecting the second conductive portion and another conductive wire of the cable. The third conductive portion is conductively connected to the circuit board.
