    Abstract: A protective cover for a connector can having a top cover having a top cover connector end and a top cover cord end, a bottom cover pivotally connected to the top cover having a bottom cover connector end and a bottom cover cord end, a bias applying a force to cause the top cover cord end to abut the bottom cover cord end, and a connector void disposed on the bottom cover for receiving a connector adjacent a connector tray for supporting the connector. A cord with a connector can be inserted into the protective cover for a connector through the bottom cover. The cord can be inserted through the cord void and the connector can be inserted through the connector void. The protective cover can then be displaced slightly to allow the connector to rest on the connector tray.

    Abstract: An electrical plug connector terminates a twisted pair electrical cable. The electrical plug connector includes a base and a plug housing holding electrical contacts therebetween. The base includes a divider structure including separation walls. At least one of the separation walls defines an abutment surface against which a forward end of the electrical cable abuts when terminated by the electrical plug connector. The plug housing defines slots so that the electrical contacts are accessible. The electrical plug connector axially secures an outer jacket of the electrical cable against rearward movement relative to base. The at least one separation wall inhibits forward axial movement of the outer jacket of the electrical cable relative to the base.

    Abstract: For example, the provision of a cable connector where a cable holder can maintain the position of a member where the cable holder is mounted, before and after the mounting. The cable connector includes a housing and paired cable holders. One end of a cable can be mounted in each of the paired cable holders. Each of the paired cable holders includes a cantilevered arm portion extending in a mounting direction of the cable holder on the housing. At least part of the arm portion can come face to face with part of the housing in a direction along a lead-out direction of the cable from the cable holder, at the time and after the mounting of the cable holder on the housing.
