Abstract: A wirelessly locatable tag may include a first housing member defining an exterior surface of the wirelessly locatable tag and a frame member attached to the first housing member and defining a battery cavity configured to receive a button cell battery and an opening through the frame member. The wirelessly locatable tag may further include a circuit board positioned between the first housing member and the frame member, a battery connector coupled to the circuit board and comprising a deflectable arm extending into the battery cavity through the opening in the frame member, a second housing member removably coupled to the frame member, and a biasing member configured to bias the button cell battery into the battery cavity of the frame member and against the deflectable arm of the battery connector.

Abstract: An electrical connector is provided for a wire having a wire end, wherein an uninsulated wire segment extending out of the wire end and an insulated wire segment adjoining the uninsulated wire segment together form an insertion section. The electrical connector comprises a connector body, the connector body having a channel for receiving the insertion section. The connector further comprises an electrical con-nection element, wherein the electrical connection element has a wire contact area, arranged in the channel, for making contact with the uninsulated wire segment and a connection area arranged on the outside of the connector body, wherein the electrical connection element is formed by metallization, in particular a partial metallization, of the connector body. The electrical connector further comprises a cover element, the cover element having a clamping structure. The clamping structure does not project into the channel in an open configuration and projects into the channel from the open channel top side in a closed configuration. The clamping structure is configured to clamp, in the closed configuration, the insertion section between the channel base and the clamping structure and to keep the uninsulated wire segment in contact with the wire contact area.

Abstract: A joint connector for connecting a plurality of wires includes a plurality of terminals to be respectively connected to front end parts in an extending direction of the plurality of wires, a busbar to be connected to the plurality of terminals, and a housing for accommodating the plurality of terminals and the busbar inside. The busbar includes a plurality of tabs and a coupling portion coupling the plurality of tabs. Each of the plurality of terminals includes a tube portion, each of the plurality of tabs being insertable into the tube portion, a sandwiching portion extending along the extending direction and configured to sandwich the wire, and a sliding portion disposed outside the sandwiching portion and movable along the extending direction. The sliding portion includes a pressurizing portion configured to pressurize the sandwiching portion toward the wire with the wire sandwiched by the sandwiching portion.

Abstract: An electrical connector and a cable grounding structure thereof are disclosed. A grounding structure is bridged between a connection body of the electrical connector and each cable, and includes a bridging portion, at least one clamping portion, at least one docking portion, and an elastic portion. The clamping portion is disposed on the bridging portion for clamping a covering layer of each cable, and the docking portion is extended from the bridging portion toward the connection body and electrically connected to connection body, and the elastic portion is attached and pressed against the covering layer of each cable, so as to provide good grounding contact and prevent the issue of skewing the cables and other factors that affects the soldering yield.

Abstract: A mechanical grounding clamp including a body, having an upper plate defining a threaded hole therethrough and having an outer surface, a lower plate spaced apart from the upper plate and having an inner surface, and a connecting plate connecting the upper plate to the lower plate, a fastener mateable with the threaded hole in the upper plate and having a proximal end and a distal end, the distal end extendable through the threaded hole of the upper plate and toward the inner surface of the lower plate. There may be a nut on the fastener for driving toward the upper plate to secure a grounding conductor to the body.

Abstract: A terminal 12 connected to a front end portion of an electric cable 11 in the extension direction thereof is provided with a terminal main body 15 sandwiching the electric cable 11, and a slide member 16 which is capable of sliding relative to the terminal main body 15 in the extension direction of the electric cable 11. The terminal main body 15 includes a sandwiching portion 19 which is formed by means of a machined metal sheet material 60 and which sandwiches the electric cable 11, wherein: the sandwiching portion 19 includes a first holding projecting portion 23B which is formed by folding over the metal sheet material 60 at a side edge thereof that intersects the extension direction of the electric cable 11, and which projects out toward the electric cable 11 and is in contact with the electric cable 11, and a second holding projecting portion 23C which is formed by folding over the metal sheet material 60 at a side edge thereof in the extension direction of the electric cable 11, in such a way as to be positioned forward of the first holding projecting portion 23B in the extension direction of the electric cable 11, and which projects out toward the electric cable 11 and is in contact with the electric cable 11; and the slide member 16 includes a pressing portion which presses the sandwiching portion 19 toward the electric cable 11.

Abstract: A connector is provided with a female housing into which a first conductor and a second conductor are insertable, a movable conductive member accommodated in the female housing and electrically contactable with the first conductor and the second conductor, a fixed conductive member electrically contactable with the first conductor and the second conductor, and a pressing member made of a resilient insulating material and accommodated in the female housing. The pressing member applies a pressing force in a contact direction to the movable conductive member, the fixed conductive member, the first conductor and the second conductor. The female housing is formed with positioning portions for positioning the first conductor and the second conductor in a width direction orthogonal to both axial directions of the first conductor and the second conductor and a pressing direction of the pressing member.

Abstract: A conductor terminal with an insulating material housing and a spring-force terminal connection. The spring-force terminal connection has a contact body which is shaped out of a sheet element and has a base portion, lateral wall portions that protrude from the base portion and are mutually spaced, and solder connection contact tongues. The base portion together with the lateral wall portions forms a conductor receiving channel for receiving an electric conductor, and leaf spring tongues protrude from the lateral wall portions so as to face one another, each leaf spring tongue has a clamping edge for clamping an electric conductor received in the conductor receiving channel. The insulating material housing has a conductor insertion opening which leads to the conductor receiving channel on the front face.
