The maintenance-free gas density relay includes a gas density relay body and first gas density detection sensors which are in communication on gas paths, and an intelligent control unit connected to the gas density relay body and the first gas density detection sensors separately, where the intelligent control unit compares and checks a first pressure value and a second pressure value acquired at the same gas pressure, and/or compares and checks a first temperature value and a second temperature value acquired at the same gas temperature, or compares and checks a first density value and a second density value acquired at the same gas density, and can further upload received data to a background for data comparison by the background. The present disclosure further completes online self-check or mutual check of the gas density relay while being used for monitoring gas density of a gas-insulated or arc-control electrical apparatus, thereby improving efficiency, avoiding maintenance, reducing cost, and ensuring safe operation of a power grid.

The mounting base includes a front wall having a first end and a second end, a rear wall having a first end and a second end, a first side channel connecting the first end of the front wall to the first end of the rear wall, a second side channel connecting the second end of the front wall to the second end of the rear wall, and forming the mounting base having a central open area in a first section of a switchgear that is adjacent a second section of the switchgear. The mounting base further includes at least one opening in the first side channel for the passage of an arc from the first section of the switchgear to the second section of the switchgear, and thereby forming the mounting base with the internal arc pathway.

A GIS mechanical fault diagnosis method and the device are disclosed. The method includes: collecting vibration signals to be measured of various excitation sources of GIS in mechanical operation; performing wavelet packet-feature entropy vector extraction on the vibration signals to be measured, when it is determined that the vibration signals to be measured are abnormal according to standard vibration signals in the normal state; inputting the extracted wavelet packet-feature entropy vectors into the pre-trained BP neural network for GIS mechanical fault identification, and outputting the corresponding fault. The disclosure integrates the vibration signals under the action of various excitation sources, extracts the feature entropy vectors according to the entropy theory, and constructs and trains a BP neural network that can classify and recognize various GIS mechanical faults, so as to perform comprehensive and effective GIS mechanical faults diagnose.
