摘要: An electric power delivery system may include a number of electric power generators and loads distributed across a number of islands (e.g., branches). The electric power delivery system may also include reactors between each two islands of the electric power delivery system that may allow current flow between the islands. However, excessive current flow across the reactors may cause system failure and is undesirable. Accordingly, systems and methods are described to control reactive power and active power generation and consumption of the electric power delivery system to reduce (e.g., minimize) the current flow across the reactors.

摘要: Systems and methods for configuring, with an external device, a power distribution box having priority disconnects. The power distribution box includes a housing portion and a base portion elevating the housing portion. The power distribution box receives power from an external power source and distributes the power to a plurality of alternating current (AC) output receptacles. The power distribution box further includes an antenna and a power disconnect controller coupled to the antenna to communicate with and be configured by an external device, such as a smart phone, tablet, or laptop computer. Using the external device, a user can configure the priority level and mode of the AC output receptacles. In the case of high current, the power distribution box will disconnect receptacles in accordance with the priority level and mode configuration provided by the external device.

摘要: A system for managing the load profile of an electric network is provided. The system includes: a plurality of loads, and each respective load of the plurality of loads is assigned a priority, an energy storage system, and a controller. The controller is configured to determine a predicted energy usage of the electric network at an end of a time period, based on comparing the predicted energy usage to a target energy usage, determine an adjustment of the plurality of loads based on the respective priority of each respective load. Based on the adjustment of the plurality of loads and a charge of the energy storage system, the controller dynamically assigns a priority to the energy storage system, and performs the adjustment of the plurality of loads and the energy storage system using the respective priority of each respective load and the dynamically assigned priority of the energy storage system.

摘要: The disclosure relates to a method for allocating electrical energy within an electrolysis plant for producing oxygen and hydrogen. The electrolysis plant comprises a system control device and at least two management apparatuses. Each management apparatus comprises at least one management control device and at least two electrolysis devices. The allocation method comprises method steps and method sequences by means of which the electrolysis process can be particularly advantageously controlled. Thus, a particularly flexible design of the electrolysis process can be implemented, while at the same time high efficiency and an extended service life of the individual components of the electrolysis plant are achieved. The flexible design of the electrolysis process is reflected especially in an expanded range of application of the electrolysis plant.

摘要: A fault-responsive power system and method using active line current balancing. First and second supply-side currents flowing from at least one power supply and into first and second conductor pairs, respectively, are measured. First and second remote-side currents flowing from the first and second conductor pairs and into first and second power converters, respectively, are measured. The outputs of the first and second power converters are electrically coupled together in parallel and deliver power to a load. The first and second remote-side currents are balanced in response to measurements of the first and second remote-side currents while power is being delivered. When a difference between the first and second supply-side currents at least meets a magnitude threshold, the first and second supply-side currents are reduced until the difference is less than the magnitude threshold.

摘要: Multiple dispatchable resources such as energy storage systems, generators, and curtailable loads are used to fulfill electricity usage control instructions by implementing multiple different sets of dispatch instructions. The sets of dispatch instructions vary based on individual status characteristics and aggregate status characteristics of the dispatchable resources in order to use the resources optimally. The resources may in some instances be prioritized according to their status characteristics in order to improve response efficiency, improve cost-effectiveness, reduce errors and flawed fulfillment, and improve the ability of the resources to respond to different kinds of electricity usage control instructions over time.

Based on the control data, the auxiliary control module identifies a first control output for controlling the first load and causes the first load to be controlled via the first control output.

摘要: Disclosed are a demand management control method and a demand management control apparatus for inducing dynamic participation of a consumer in an energy consumption load management program. The demand management control method refers to a promotion method for expanding an active participation of a consumer through a dynamic order of charging power of a charging load device with respect to a load having a consumption characteristic in an energy accumulation form in a distribution network management area in which an energy charging supply device is installed, and distributes and manages a demand within an energy supply goal of the consumer through a participation promotion. Also, the demand management control method provides changed cost information to the consumer using an incentive through a demand management contribution weight according to an energy demand and supply status and encourages or promotes the dynamic participation of the consumer.
