    摘要: A system includes a generator. Three AC feeders are connected for feeding AC output from the generator. A rectifier is electrically connected to the three AC feeders and to a load via a first DC feeder and a second DC feeder. A first resistor connects between a the first DC feeder and ground. A second resistor connects between the second DC feeder and ground. At least one of a first current sensor is operatively connected to detect current in the first DC feeder and/or a second current sensor is operatively connected to detect current in the second DC feeder. A controller is configured to monitor for changes in common mode current based on the input from the at least one current sensor, and to determine presence of a fault if change in the common mode current exceeds a predetermined threshold.

In the event of an incorrect description of the correlation, an adaptation of the model of the feed network is carried out, a feed variable target value for the at least one feed variable is determined from a predefined network variable target value for the at least one network variable using the model of the feed network, and the at least one feed variable is set to the determined feed variable target value by a current converter.

    摘要: In this disclosure, the energy management problem of the D-LEGS with FFR is analyzed, so as to enhance the frequency stability of the main grid. The post-disturbance frequency response behaviors of both the main grid and the D-IEGS are precisely depicted, where the dead zones, limiting ranges and time constant of the governors are considered. The frequency regulation units of the D-IEGS include GTs and P2G units, whose impacts of providing frequency regulation service on the gas networks are quantified. Considering the time-scale similarity of the frequency dynamics and the dynamics of the GDN, the gas flow dynamics model is adopted. The frequency response dynamics of the GTs and P2G units, and the gas flow dynamics of the GDN, a variable-step difference scheme and a binary variable reduction method are devised.

The energy storage unit is configured to store electric energy or supply power to the load. Herein, N is a positive integer. A primary controller is configured to determine an expected discharge power value of energy storage units in the N direct current coupling units, where the expected discharge power value is a power value that indicates power that needs to be discharged by the energy storage units in the N direct current coupling units, and determine actual discharge power of the energy storage unit in each direct current coupling unit based on the expected discharge power value and first characteristic information of the energy storage unit in the direct current coupling unit.
