The grounding structure further includes a conductive member and a circuit board. The conductive member is clamped between the silicon steel sheet unit and the lower insulating frame, and protruding from a lower end of the lower insulating frame. The circuit board is disposed at a lower side of the lower insulating frame, and includes a negative contact that is connected to a lower edge of the conductive member.

摘要: To provide a method by means of which stacks of metal sheets can be produced in an easy and efficient way, it is proposed that the method comprises the following: coating one or more metal sheets with a bonding substance; bonding multiple metal sheets to form a sheet-metal laminate by a first activation of the bonding substance; cutting up the sheet-metal laminate to produce multiple sheet-metal laminate units and/or cutting out multiple sheet-metal laminate units from the sheet-metal laminate; and bonding the multiple sheet-metal laminate units to form a stack of metal sheets by a second activation of the bonding substance, wherein the bonding substance comprises a resin material and an elastomer material.

A minimum distance R1 in the radial direction from the axis to an outer circumference of the core-surrounding portion and a minimum distance R2 in the radial direction from the axis to an outer circumference of the stator core satisfy R1≥1.15×R2.

摘要: An electric machine rotor including a first stamped rotor lamination and a first stamped sheet of a material different than the first stamped rotor lamination is provided. The first stamped rotor lamination may define a pair of magnet pockets. The first stamped sheet may be coplanar with and scarf jointed to the first stamped rotor lamination to define a center bridge between the magnet pockets that has a magnetic permeability less than, and a mechanical strength greater than, the first stamped rotor lamination. The rotor may further include a second stamped sheet of a material different than the first stamped rotor lamination coplanar with and scarf jointed to the first stamped rotor lamination to define a top bridge adjacent to one of the magnet pockets at a perimeter of the rotor that has a magnetic permeability less than, and a mechanical strength greater than, the first stamped rotor lamination.

摘要: An electric machine includes a rotor assembly having a rotor core that extends in an axial direction and a stator assembly surrounding and coaxial with the rotor assembly. The stator assembly includes a stator core having slots extending in a radial direction into an inner surface of the stator core and extending axially from a first end surface to a second end surface of the stator core. The stator assembly includes stator coil windings disposed within the respective slots of the stator core and a first electrically insulating conformal coating disposed between the stator core and the stator coil windings. The conformal coating includes a polymer matrix impregnated with an effective amount of thermally conductive ceramic materials, above a percolation threshold, that form continuous thermal pathways across a thickness of the first coating.

摘要: An electric machine rotor including a shaft, a rotor back assembly surrounding a portion of the shaft, and a plurality of permanent magnets distributed at equal radial distance from the shaft around the rotor back assembly. The electric machine rotor also includes a gap between two adjacent permanent magnets and a thermally conductive material filing the gap. The thermally conductive material is in contact with the rotor back assembly between the two adjacent permanent magnets. The electric machine rotor also includes a heat transfer structure in thermal communication with the thermally conductive material, extending beyond an outer surface of the thermally conductive material to transfer heat away from the electric machine rotor.
