Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a system for cooling a stator core of an electric motor. The motor cooling system according to the present disclosure is advantageous in that the number of parts can be minimized, and cooling efficiency can be maximized with a cooling fluid evenly distributed to a heat-generating area, by improving a typical design (a core press-fit stop end) of a housing supporting the stator core to add a fluid guide and a nozzle shape or by applying a nozzle ring formed in a curved shape and capable of spraying the cooling fluid after being received and stored to an end of the housing.

Abstract: An electric motor is particularly intended for installation within a wheel hub of a motorcycle. The electric motor is constructed in the manner of a double-sided axial flux electric machine and comprises a liquid-cooled stator and a two-sided rotor with permanent magnets arranged on both sides of the stator. The stator includes a cooling body that in a form-fitting manner accommodates the coils. The cooling body features a cooling core with a plurality of cooling fins, between which the coils are arranged and within which radial channels are formed. The radial channels are interconnected at the radially outer ends of the cooling fins. All radial channels terminate at the radially inner ends of the cooling fins into a distributor channel.

Abstract: A motor and a vehicle are provided. The motor has a housing, a stator, a first end cove, a second end cover, a first oil injection ring, a rotor, a first end plate, and a second end plate. The rotor includes a rotor core, a rotor oil path formed in the rotor core, a rotor magnet steel, a rotation shaft, and a rotation shaft oil path formed in the rotation shaft. A first oil groove is defined on an inner side surface of the first end plate opposite to the rotor core, and is in communication with the rotation shaft oil path and the rotor oil path, respectively. A first end plate oil outlet is defined in an outer side surface of the first end plate and communicates the first oil groove with an inner cavity of the housing.

Abstract: An electric propulsion motor system includes a rotary electric propulsion motor that has a stator and a rotor. An air gap is present between the stator and rotor. A fluid circulation system provides pressurized liquid and gas, which is directed through fluid passages in the stator and/or rotor and into the air gap to establish a mixture of pressurized liquid and pressurized gas therein. The pressurized gas dilutes the mixture and pushes the pressurized liquid and pressurized gas against the stator and rotor, forcing it to exit the air gap at the opposite ends of the motor leaving the air gap free of accumulated liquid.

At least one ring is provided which adjoins a laminated core at least partially in the axial direction of the stator, has at least one guide channel which is connected fluidically to the cooling channel and through which the cooling fluid from the cooling channel can flow as a result, which guide channel has at least one outlet opening which is directed towards the winding head and via which the cooling fluid which flows through the cooling channel can be discharged from the ring and can be sprayed against the winding head.

The material sheet has a plurality of internal cooling holes arranged around the rotor hole.
