    摘要: A drive unit has a first electric machine with a first rotor mounted to rotate about a rotation axis. A first stator is coaxially arranged and has a stator core lamination packet with a first coil end forming a first switching side and a second coil end forming a first counter-switching side. A second electric machine is mounted axially close to the first electric machine and has a rotatably mounted second rotor that extends in the axial direction around the rotation axis. A second stator is mounted coaxially with the second rotor and has a second stator core lamination packet with second stator coils having a third coil end forming a second counter-switching side and a fourth coil end forming a second switching side. A housing accommodates the first and second machines, where the first counter-switching side and the second counter-switching side face one another in the axial direction.

    摘要: A vibration motor includes a movable portion and a stationary portion including a housing with a housing cylindrical portion, a housing lid at an end of the housing cylindrical portion, and adhesive. The housing lid includes a lid body portion covering an opening on one side of the housing cylindrical portion, and a lid fixing portion protruding from the lid body portion to another side and inside the housing cylindrical portion. The adhesive is in at least a portion of a bonding region between the housing cylindrical portion and the lid fixing portion in a radial direction. The housing cylindrical portion includes a cutout portion recessed from an end surface on one side of the housing cylindrical portion to the other side and penetrating the housing cylindrical portion in the radial direction. A portion of the bonding region is exposed to an outside of the housing through the cutout portion.

    摘要: A brushless motor includes a motor body, a bracket, and a power supply structure for supplying power to the motor body through a through hole in the bracket. The motor body includes a stator having a core with teeth and a coil formed of a winding wound around the teeth. The power supply structure includes, for each phase, a winding pair including a first lead portion and a second lead portion of the winding, a guide part that guides the winding pair, and a connector part where the lead portions are electrically connected. The winding pair includes a first portion guided by the ide part and a second portion formed by bending the winding pair at an axially outer end of the first portion along a surface of the bracket. The first portion passes through the through hole in the axial direction. The second portion extends to the connector part.

The electric motor includes one or more windings wrapped around a magnetic core within one or more stator slots of the electric motor, where each of the one or more windings comprises two or more coils. The system further includes a groundwall insulation layer wrapped around the one two or more coils, and a sensor coupled to the one or more windings, where the sensor is a resistance temperature detector (RTD) configured to measure a temperature of the one or more windings at a 70% loading condition of the electric motor. The system also includes a controller connected to the sensor and a computer processor coupled to the controller.
