摘要： In an electric power unit which accommodates at least an electric motor in a housing, polygonal rib regions in which polygonal ribs are respectively formed are provided on at least two surfaces of an outer peripheral surface of the housing, and the polygonal rib regions are connected by a circumferential rib. Here, a first axial rib and a second axial rib extending parallel to an axial direction are formed on the outer peripheral surface of the housing, and the polygonal rib region is provided in a portion sandwiched between the first axial rib and the second axial rib. Further, the circumferential rib is formed over the entire part of the polygonal rib region in a circumferential direction. Note that the polygonal rib is a honeycomb rib.

摘要： A one-piece generator housing locates and secures the generator stator assembly, rotor bearings, and brush holder, and provides for attachment of the housing assembly to the engine interface. The disclosed one-piece housing completely encloses the stator and rotor assembly of the generator. An embodiment of the one-piece generator housing is applied to welding machine applications that use an in-line engine. With this type of engine, the power take-off (PTO) is normally the engine flywheel, and the variety of engine interfaces to which to mount the generator become more diverse. In an embodiment, the rotor has a flange with integral cooling fan blades that bolts to the flywheel. A shorter adapter is used in order to access the fasteners that attach the rotor shaft to the flywheel. The housing attaches to the adapter using cast-in bosses and bolts.

摘要： The disclosure provides a motor and a motor assembling method. The motor includes a housing having a bottom and a wall portion extending from an edge of the bottom along an axial direction, and a lid connected to the housing on one side in the axial direction of the bottom of the housing. A surface on the one side in the axial direction of the bottom of the housing has a first connection surface. Housing portions on an inside and an outside in a radial direction of the first connection surface are respectively bent in opposite directions intersecting the first connection surface, which ensures sufficient working space when performing work for connecting the housing and the lid.

摘要： A system has an axial field rotary energy device with a housing, an axis and a rotor with a shaft, bearings, rotor disks and permanent magnets. A printed circuit board (PCB) stator is between the rotor disks to define an air gap on each side thereof. A variable frequency drive (VFD) assembly has a VFD housing and first pads coupled to inductors to facilitate heat removal from the inductors. A concave cradle is coupled to a ferromagnetic core and has a same contour as an outer surface of the ferromagnetic core. A second pad is coupled to a rectifier module. A third pad is coupled to switching devices and has pins to align the switching devices with the third pad. Standoffs are coupled to the VFD housing to support a first printed circuit board assembly (PCBA). A second PCBA is mounted to a shield plate above the first PCBA.

The bearing bridge is received at least partially within the end insulator. The annular body of the end insulator includes at least one peripheral opening located within the motor housing, and the bearing bridge is radially piloted relative to the motor housing via a retaining member received through the at least one peripheral opening.
