    摘要: A canned electric motor for a fluid pump. The canned electric motor includes a static motor frame, a rotor shaft, a rotatable motor rotor which is co-rotatably connected with the rotor shaft, a static motor stator having a stator body which is directly fixed to the static motor frame, and a separating can which fluidically separates the static motor stator from the rotatable motor rotor. The separating can has a first axial support which protrudes radially from an outside of the separating can. The separating can is supported in a first axial direction by the stator body via the first axial support and in a second axial direction by the static motor frame. The first axial direction is opposite to the second axial direction.

    摘要: A lubricant supported electric motor includes an outer stator and an inner stator each extending around an axis in radially spaced relationship with one another. A rotor is rotatably disposed between the inner and outer stators to define an inner gap extending radially between the rotor and the inner stator and an outer gap extending radially between the rotor and the outer stator. A lubricant is disposed in both of the inner and outer gaps for supporting the rotor radially between the inner and outer stators. The lubricant supported motor with a two-sided radial flux configuration results in improved rotor-to-stator system stiffness to allow the lubricant supported electric motor to be used in high shock and high vibration environments, while also providing high torque in a small and lightweight design package.

A plurality of stator coil windings are wrapped around the plurality of stator poles and individually controllable for generating a magnetic force to center the rotor within the stator with carefully-timed adjustments to magnetic fields generated by the stator.

    摘要: Sealing arrangement for guiding an electrical connection through a wall of a housing for a device for driving a compressor having an electrically conducting connecting element, guided through a conical passage aperture of the housing, which at least regionally is fully enclosed over the entire circumference by a sealing element. Sealing element is formed as a hollow truncated cone and disposed between a conical sealing facing of the connecting element and a boundary surface of the passage aperture sealing the connecting element against the housing. The connecting element is disposed having been guided through a connection passage of a receiving member for receiving a plug housing with a wall into the plug housing. A device for driving a compressor of a gaseous fluid with the sealing arrangement and a method for assembling the device and use of the device are disclosed.

    摘要: A stator of the present invention includes: a stator core; a front housing which is arranged on a front end portion side of the stator core; and a back housing which is arranged on a back end portion side of the stator core, where the stator further includes: a first sealant which is individually provided between the stator core and the front housing and between the stator core and the back housing; and a second sealant which is provided so as to coat the outer side of the stator core in a radial direction with the first sealant, and the first sealant and the second sealant are formed of the same curable resin integrally with each other. A motor of the present invention includes the stator and a rotor which is supported on the inner side of the stator such that the stator can be rotated with respect to the stator.
