    Abstract: An electric drive motor has a permanent magnet rotor with a motor shaft on which a permanent magnet carrier is fastened. A first axial end portion of the motor shaft has a seat for an impeller and the permanent magnet carrier carries at least one permanent magnet at a second axial end portion of the motor shaft. The permanent magnet carrier is pot-shaped with a pot base portion, fastened to the second axial end portion and extending radially to the motor shaft, and a circular cylinder wall portion directly adjoining the outer periphery of the pot base portion and coaxially surrounding the motor shaft. The pot base portion and the circular cylinder wall portion have an at least approximately identical or exactly identical wall thickness. There is also described a wet-rotor pump and a household appliance with such an electric drive motor.

    Abstract: The electric machine includes a shaft, a rotor, a stator, and a frame. The shaft is supported rotatably on the frame with an axially locating sleeve bearing at each axial end of the shaft. The axial play limiting the axial movement of the shaft is greater in one of the two axially locating sleeve bearings compared to the axial play in the other of the two axially locating sleeve bearings. An axial movement of the shaft is limited only by the bearing with the smaller axial play during normal operational circumstances and by both bearings during exceptional events, the bearing with the greater axial play reducing the axial load of the first bearing in such exceptional events.

    Abstract: A rotor for an electric motor, comprising a rotor magnet and a bearing for the rotatable support on a fixed axle, the bearing comprising first and second bearing half-shells, wherein at least the first bearing half-shell is moveably arranged within the rotor body with respect to the second bearing half-shell, and wherein the first bearing half-shell is supported against the rotor body by a resilient element tangentially arranged with respect to the axle. The resilient element, at both its side surfaces facing in an axial direction of the axle, has at least one respective first protrusion extending in the axial direction, and the first bearing half-shell, on a side facing away from its bearing surface, includes at least two axially spaced second protrusions each extending in a radial direction and cooperating with the first protrusions for aligning the resilient element.

    Abstract: A wheel assembly for a vehicle comprises a hollow support cylinder extending along an axis and anchored to a frame of the vehicle, and a wheel disposed about the axis, annularly surrounding the hollow support cylinder. The wheel comprises an inner wall and a tire extending radially outward of the inner wall, and anchored thereto. The wheel assembly further comprises first and second sleeve bearings disposed between and abutting the hollow support cylinder and the inner wall, the first sleeve bearing being situated proximal to the frame along the axis, the second sleeve bearing being situated distal to the frame along the axis, and the wheel being rotatably supported on the hollow support cylinder via the first and second sleeve bearings. The wheel assembly further comprises a first direct drive motor disposed axially between the first and second sleeve bearings. The first direct drive motor comprises a first wound stator anchored to the hollow support structure, and a first permanent magnet rotor anchored to the inner wall, axially aligned with the first wound stator and radially outward of the first wound stator.

    Abstract: The disclosure relates to an actuator module at least consisting of an electrical machine and an application module.     Abstract: A motor includes a shaft, a shell, a sleeve, an abrasion-resistance piece, a bearing, an oil seal, and several compressed springs. The shaft has an axial line. The shell is connected to the shaft. The sleeve has an accommodating space, and the wall of the accommodating space forms a first inclined surface which is inclined at an angle with respect to the axial line. The abrasion-resistance piece is disposed at the bottom of the accommodating space. The bearing is disposed in the accommodating space, and the outer wall of the bearing forms a second inclined surface corresponding to the first inclined surface. The shaft passes through the bearing and abuts the abrasion-resistance piece. The oil seal is affixed to the wall of the accommodating space and covers the bearing. The compressed springs are connected between the oil seal and the bearing.
