    Abstract: The present disclosure relates generally to a method for balancing a rotor of an electrical engine of an electrical propulsion system comprising: identifying an axis of rotation of a rotor, wherein the rotor comprises a sacrificial layer having a mass M formed along a circumference of the rotor; determining an imbalance present in the rotor by rotating the rotor about the axis of rotation, wherein determining an imbalance includes marking the rotor, rotating the rotor, and detecting an amplitude of the imbalance; calculating an amount of mass k to add or remove at a position p along the sacrificial layer such that a center of mass of the rotor coincides with the axis of rotation of the rotor; and removing an amount of mass r from the sacrificial layer such that an amount of remainder mass n is present along the circumference of the rotor.

    Abstract: A drive apparatus includes: a motor having a shaft; a bearing rotatably supporting the shaft; a housing for the motor and holding the bearing in a bearing holding portion; an insulating member between the bearing and the bearing holding portion; and an oil passage. The bearing holding portion includes a holding tubular portion holding the bearing from radially outside, and a holding bottom portion extending radially inward from an end on one side in the axial direction of the holding tubular portion. The insulating member includes an insulating tubular portion extending in the axial direction along the holding tubular portion, and an insulating bottom portion extending in the radial direction along the holding bottom portion. The holding tubular portion has a penetrating portion penetrating radially inside and outside. The oil passage includes a first channel inside the penetrating portion and a second channel connecting the first channel and the bearing.

    Abstract: An electric pipe expander and intelligent control circuit for the electric pipe expander are provided. The electric pipe expander includes a pipe expander body and a mandrel sliding cavity disposed on the pipe expander body. A chuck body capable of clamping a pipe to be processed is disposed at an opening end of the mandrel sliding cavity. A mandrel is slidingly connected in the mandrel sliding cavity, an outer side end of the mandrel is provided with an obliquely disposed pipe expanding cone, an inner side end of the mandrel is provided with an elastic body accommodating cavity. Flat keys are disposed on the mandrel, and an elastic body is clamped and disposed between the flat keys and a bottom surface of the elastic body accommodating cavity.

    Abstract: A vibration motor is provided. The vibration motor comprises: a rotor shaft; a first magnet and a second magnet arranged on the rotor shaft so as to face each other; a circuit board having a hollow hole through which the rotor shaft passes and coils arranged thereon, the coils respectively facing the first and second magnets; a housing forming an inner space in which the rotor shaft and the circuit board are mounted; a shaft passing through the rotor shaft and fixedly erected in the housing; a first yoke and a second yoke on which the first and second magnets are respectively installed and which are fixedly coupled to the rotor shaft so as to integrally rotate along with the rotor shaft; a weight installed on the first yoke or the second yoke; and a bearing portion comprising a plurality of bearings coaxially arranged with the shaft.
