摘要： A stator assembly for a BLDC motor includes a stator core, at least one magnet wire wound on poles of the stator core, an end insulator mounted on an end surface of the stator core, a non-conductive mount member mounted on the outer circumferential surface of the stator core, and conductive terminals mounted on the non-conductive mount member. Each conductive terminal includes: a main portion mounted on the non-conductive mount, a tang portion extending from a first longitudinal end adjacent the end insulator and folded over the main portion, and a connection tab extending angularly from a second longitudinal end. A contact portion of the magnet wire is wrapped around the tang portion and fused to make an electric connection to the conductive terminal.

The power plane is a multi-layer circuit board or assembly having: a power layer with higher temperature power modules for providing power to a motor, a control layer with lower temperature control electronics modules for controlling the power provided to the motor, and a thermal barrier and printed circuit board layer between the power layer and the control layer that provides electrical connection paths between the power modules of the power plane and the control electronics modules of the control layer, and also provides insulation between the power layer and the control layer.

A noise reduction unit of the inverter device includes a common mode choke coil including a looped core and two windings wound around the core, and a looped conductor surrounding the two windings. The conductor is configured so that an induced current flows in the conductor in a circumferential direction of the conductor to resist changes in a leakage magnetic flux from the core. The conductor includes a housing-side conductor portion located between the two windings and the housing. The housing-side conductor portion includes a through-hole that extends through the housing-side conductor portion in the axial direction of the core. The housing includes a projection that is inserted into the through-hole and opposed to the two windings.

摘要： A noise reducing unit includes a common mode choke coil and a first damping portion that is made of a nonmagnetic material. The common mode choke coil includes an annular core, a first winding wound around the core, and a second winding wound around the core and spaced apart from the first winding. The first damping portion surrounds the first winding and the second winding. The first damping portion is configured such that an induced current flows in the first damping portion to generate magnetic flux that resists changes in leakage flux leaking from the core. The noise reducing unit further includes a second damping portion that is made of a magnetic material. The second damping portion is disposed on an opposite side of the first damping portion from the common mode choke coil.
