    摘要: A motor controller includes a temperature sensor configured to detect a temperature of a motor. An intermittent operation circuit allows the motor to intermittently operate at a rotation speed up to a phase before the motor reaches a rated rotation speed when it is detected that the motor temperature is at a low temperature range. The intermittent operation circuit includes a position fixing circuit configured to allow a constant electric current to flow through stator coils and to fix the motor in a stopped state. The intermittent operation circuit further includes a forced commutation circuit that allows the motor to rotate at a rotation speed up to the start-up rotation. The position fixing circuit allows the constant electric current to have a greater value as the temperature detected by the temperature sensor is lower, and allows the position fixing circuit and the forced commutation circuit to operate alternately.

    摘要: A motor driven system for raising and lowering a window covering executes motor ramp trajectory speed control. The motor ramp trajectory limits acceleration of an external motor from the idle (stationary) state to full operating speed, and limits deceleration of the motor from full operating speed back to the idle state. This function reduces stresses on a continuous cord loop drive mechanism. A control system manages solar heating effects in response to sunlight entrance conditions such as system sensor outputs, external weather forecasts, and other data sources. The system automatically opens or close the window covering to increase or decrease admitted sunlight under appropriate conditions. The input interface of the control system includes a visual display and input axis, which are aligned vertically if the window covering mechanism raises and lowers the window covering, and are aligned horizontally if the window covering mechanism laterally opens and closes the window covering.

    摘要: A thyristor starter accelerates a synchronous machine from a stop state to a predetermined rotation speed by sequentially performing a first mode of performing commutation of an inverter by intermittently setting DC output current of a converter to zero and a second mode of performing commutation of the inverter by induced voltage of the synchronous machine. In the thyristor starter, during a first time period from start of performance of the second mode to arrival of the induced voltage of the synchronous machine at a first voltage value, a phase control angle of the inverter is changed such that a value thereof becomes larger as a rotation speed of the synchronous machine becomes higher.

    摘要: A method of controlling a switched reluctance motor is disclosed herein. The motor comprises a stator carrying a plurality of phase windings and a rotor. The method comprises activating the phase windings in a sequence selected to apply torque to the rotor, wherein during a cycle of rotation of the rotor the phase windings switch between an active state in which current in the phase winding applies torque to the rotor and an inactive state; applying a voltage to a selected phase winding whilst the selected phase winding is in the inactive state to provide a flux in the selected phase winding; determining the current in the selected phase winding; determining the rotor angle based on the current and the flux; and controlling said activating based on the rotor angle.
