    摘要: To provide a controller for AC rotary electric machine which can suppress the increase in the unwanted sound while reducing noise. A controller for AC rotary electric machine switches n pieces of zero phase candidate voltage values in order for every switching period and calculate as a zero phase voltage value; by defining a deviation between the zero phase voltage value and a time lag zero phase voltage value delaying by a j times value of the switching period, as a zero phase time lag deviation value; j is a natural number which minimizes a difference between a half period of a mechanical resonance period, and the j times value of switching period; an effective value of the zero phase time lag deviation value becomes small, compared with an effective value of AC component of the zero phase voltage value.

A controller is in communication with the electric motor and is adapted to select at least one harmonic order for a harmonic current command. The controller is adapted to define a plurality of operating regions, including a first operating region, a second operating region and a third operating region, each associated with a respective objective function for generating the harmonic current command. The controller is adapted to operate the harmonic current command with four degrees of freedom by selectively varying a q-axis current magnitude, a d-axis current magnitude, a q-axis phase and a d-axis phase as a function of the torque and a motor speed.

    摘要: An electric vehicle control system and a control method, an electric vehicle power-on method, an electric vehicle power-off method, and an electric vehicle charging method are disclosed in this application. The control system includes a domain control unit controlling an electric vehicle, a current sampling unit sampling the current of a power battery and a motor of the electric vehicle and sending sampling signals to the domain control unit, and electrical device, driven by the power battery, sampling the current flowing through it and sending the sampling signals to the domain control unit. The domain control unit, according to the sampling signals sent by the electrical device and the current sampling unit, manages the power battery and controls a motor driver module and the electrical device. The structure of the control system and the control policy are simplified and the power-on and power-off time is shortened.

    摘要: A method and a system for simultaneously realizing current sampling gain and delay compensation. A dummy load is formed from three-phase inductors with star connection to replace a motor load, and a dummy rotation angle is generated by software. In a calibration mode, a standard current sampling element is used for current sampling, and the related calibration parameters in the stable state are stored. Then, in a regulation mode, other current sampling elements produced in batches are used for current sampling, and the delay compensation coefficient and gain compensation coefficient of the sampled current are generated through two closed-loop voltage feedbacks respectively, and the two compensation processes are decoupled from each other and do not affect each other. The present disclosure effectively ensures the accuracy and consistency of current sampling.
