摘要: A power source system mounted in a vehicle includes: a first power source (2); a first load (41) operated by electric power supplied from the first power source (2); a first controller (9) that controls an operation of the first load (41) by a first program; a second power source (8) connected to the first power source (2) via a converter (7); a second load (11) operated by electric power supplied from the second power source (8); a second controller (10) that controls an operation of the second load (11) by a second program; an electric power disconnecting device (3) that connects or disconnects between the first power source (2) and the first load (41); and a third controller (12) that controls the electric power disconnecting device (3). When the first program is changed, the third controller (12) disconnects the first power source (2) from the first load (41) by the electric power disconnecting device (3) before a change process of the first program is started.

摘要: A design support device including: a unit configured to acquire configuration information indicating a configuration of the power distribution supply path; a unit configured to acquire, for each of the plurality of load devices, operation pattern information representing an operation pattern of the load device; a unit configured to calculate, for each power cable, a maximum current value, which is a maximum value of a current flowing through the power cable, based on the configuration information and the operation pattern information of each load device; and a unit configured to output, for each power cable, at least one of the maximum current value for the power cable and recommended cable information representing a cable recommended for use as the power cable based on the calculated maximum current value for each power cable. With this configuration, the design of the power supply system is supported.

The control device may be configured to change the upper limit travelling speed to a second upper limit travelling speed lower than the first upper limit travelling speed when the upper limit travelling speed is a first upper limit travelling speed and the temperature detected by the temperature sensor exceeds a first predetermined temperature.

The system and method also include implementing a control method based on the plurality of control vectors to control the operation of the six-phase machine.

摘要: A power control system comprises a battery system including N battery packs. A plurality of contactors selectively connects N battery packs of a battery system in a first configuration supplying a first voltage level, a second configuration supplying a second voltage level, and a disconnected configuration. M power inverters connect the battery system to M electric machines, respectively. A controller is configured to determine when to transition between the first configuration and the second configuration. The controller is configured to transition between the first configuration and the second configuration by causing one of a positive torque transient and a negative torque transient to be generated by at least one of the M electric machines, transitioning the battery system from one of the first configuration and the second configuration to the disconnected configuration, and transitioning from the disconnected configuration to the other one of the first configuration and the second configuration.

摘要: A modular switch apparatus for controlling at least one electric drive includes a mounting rail bus system having a control line and two power supply lines, a power supply device, and a safety relay module that is configured to obtain a first, high level control signal from a DC supply voltage applied to the two power supply lines and to feed the first control signal to the control line via the first bus interface if the emergency stop command device has not been actuated. Furthermore, at least one safety motor starter module is provided, which includes a processing device with an input that can be electrically connected to the control line via a bus interface. The processing device is adapted to evaluate a first, high level control signal as transferred via the control line and to provide control signals for controlling the at least two switch devices.

The switch device is designed to connect the switch connector to the drive interface or the additional interface using a switching signal.

The second control device is configured to use the current command, a phase current of the motor and a rotational angle of the motor such as to drive the motor by feedback control.
