摘要: Systems, methods, and devices for wireless communication that support mechanisms signaling non-linearities to a victim user equipment (UE) for interference cancellation in a wireless communication system. A victim UE may experience interference from an uplink transmission by an aggressor UE to a base station. The victim UE may obtain a power amplifier model associated with the aggressor UE. The power amplifier may include a non-linearity model of a power amplifier of the aggressor UE causing the interference on the victim UE. The power amplifier model obtained by the victim UE may be dependent on various parameters, such as a transmit power used by the aggressor UE to transmit the uplink transmission causing the interference. Based on the aggressor UE transmit power, the victim UE may select parameters for power amplifier model and may estimate the interference caused by the uplink transmission for interference cancellation.

摘要: The present invention provides a method of determining a transmission power for device to device, D2D, transmissions between a first user equipment device and a second user equipment device using transmission resources being used for transmissions to a cellular network entity by a third user equipment device, the method comprising determining a measure of a path loss between the cellular network entity and the first user equipment device, and using the measure of the path loss to determine a maximum transmission power such that the D2D transmissions are received at the cellular network entity with a signal level around or below a noise level.

摘要: Under one aspect, a method is provided for processing a received signal, the received signal including a desired signal and an interference signal that spectrally overlaps the desired signal. The method can include obtaining an amplitude of the received signal. The method also can include obtaining an average amplitude of the received signal based on at least one prior amplitude of the received signal. The method also can include subtracting the amplitude from the average amplitude to obtain an amplitude residual. The method also can include, based upon an absolute value of the amplitude residual being less than or equal to a first threshold, inputting the received signal into an interference suppression algorithm so as to generate a first output including the desired signal with reduced contribution from the interference signal.

A mobile station 200A includes a target user control signal detector 230 and an interfering user control signal detector 240 which are configured to receive a control signal to be used to cancel a non-orthogonal signal by interference canceller. The control signal includes control information containing a radio resource block allocated to the non-orthogonal signal addressed to another mobile station. The mobile station 200A demodulates and cancels the radio signal addressed to the other mobile station on the basis of the control signal.

摘要: A frequency hopping continuous wave (FHCW) radar system which utilizes a one-coincidence sequence to create a form of FH multiplexing to allow discerning returning signals from interference. An EHC code generator sends codes to an FH waveform generator coupled to a transmitter. A receiver outputs a received signal to a correlator which correlates received signal with a delayed transmitted signal, and sends results for digital signal processing to determine target range and velocity. Use of the one-coincidence sequence provides for the interference level to be well managed and below the radar return signal; assuring that the returning radar signals can be discerned from interference.

摘要: The representative embodiments discussed in the present disclosure relate to techniques in which isolation between transmission signals and received signals in a transceiver may be maintained during downlink carrier aggregation. More specifically, in some embodiments, the transceiver may be implemented to include an electrical balance duplexer that isolates a signal component of a signal transmitted via the transceiver from a receiver signal path of the transceiver. The transceiver may also include analog interference cancellation circuitry implemented to isolate a noise component of the signal transmitted via the transceiver from the receiver signal path (e.g., from one or more downlink receiver channels). As such, the transceiver may operate using inter-band, non-contiguous downlink carrier aggregation, intra-band, non-contiguous downlink carrier aggregation, intra-band, contiguous carrier aggregation, and/or the like.

摘要: A method of managing uplink interference at a base station includes: detecting uplink interference caused by one or more inter-cell user equipments to an uplink channel of a base station, the one or more inter-cell user equipments associated with a neighboring base station; receiving, at the base station, assistance information from the neighboring base station, the assistance information comprising a parameter list of ongoing transmissions by the one or more user equipments associated with the neighboring base station; and performing uplink interference cancellation, at the base station, on at least a portion of a received signal based on the assistance information to generate a resulting signal.
