摘要: A method of operating a terminal device and network infrastructure equipment in a wireless telecommunications system for communicating on a primary cell supporting a primary component carrier on radio resources within a first frequency band and a secondary cell supporting a secondary component carrier on radio resources within a second frequency band. The infrastructure equipment establishes a plural configuration settings for the secondary carrier based on measurements of radio usage in the second frequency band, which are conveyed to the terminal device. The terminal device makes channel quality measurements for the secondary component carrier according to the different configuration settings and reports these to the infrastructure equipment. Based on the measurements of channel quality for the different configurations, the infrastructure equipment selects one of the configuration settings, and conveys an indication of this to the terminal device in association with an allocation of transmission resources on the secondary component carrier.

摘要: A transmission control device includes a memory and a processor connected to the memory. The processor executes a process including: selecting a reference transmission point as a starting point of generating a link from among a plurality of transmission points of which each wirelessly transmits a signal; sequentially selecting the transmission points one by one for each hierarchy corresponding to a number of hops from the selected reference transmission point and retrieving ones of the transmission points for which radio quality between the ones and the selected transmission point satisfies a predetermined criterion; and generating a link between the selected transmission point and a transmission point, among the transmission points obtained as a result at the retrieving, not connected to others of the transmission points to connect the two transmission points.

A frequency of reception by the terminal of a broadcast signal transmitted by the access network is generated by the frequency synthesizer of the terminal and as a function of the item of correction information received by the access network.

摘要: The present invention provides a processing method based on an OFDM-TDMA two-way service and a communications device. The method includes assigning timeslots in a TDMA frame structure to multiple users in a TDMA manner, so that each user has a different timeslot, and each timeslot of the users is simultaneously used for uplink and downlink communication. The methods further includes simultaneously sending a local-end OFDM signal and receiving a remote-end OFDM signal in each timeslot of the users, and cancelling, in an OSD manner, interference caused by an echo OFDM signal, which is produced according to the local-end OFDM signal, to the remote-end OFDM signal, where a spectrum of the echo OFDM signal and a spectrum of the remote-end OFDM signal overlap.

摘要: The present disclosure describes a method for displaying data products onto a geospatial map in real-time using a computer program. In one version, the method includes the steps of monitoring the one or more directories of one or more computer readable media for newly created data products, automatically reading the newly created data products, correlating positional information of the data products with the geospatial map of the computer program for mapping and exploitation, and rendering information onto the geospatial map indicative of the area covered by each newly created data product.
