摘要: Content synchronization with over-the-air radio transmissions captures user engagement and telemetry data. User engagement data creates a closed-loop feedback with over-the-air content and is tracked. User engagement and telemetry data feeds machine learning algorithms for radio station advertising effectiveness and programming refinement. User telemetry data identifies the listener radio receiving device. Machine learning applied to over-the-air advertising content categorizes ads for correlation with user behavior profile and ad effectiveness. Prediction models predict listener demographics and user engagement with advertising content in anonymous and registered mode. Over-the-air advertisements are synchronized with ad content provided to broadcast listeners on an electronic user device. Ad content may be listed, searched, and acted on by telephone, email, website click-through, including special ads and coupons targeted to users based on telemetry and user profile and behavior.

摘要: Techniques are disclosed for managing delivery of content and tracking the same via audio cues. For example, a client computing device may monitor ambient sound for audio that matches audio sampled from broadcast content. In response to detecting matching audio, the client computing device transmits tracking data to a centralized content server. The content server records the tracking information and evaluates whether the matching audio was detected within a geographic area associated with the broadcast content. If so, the content server executes additional actions including transmitting supplemental content to the client computing device and/or updating summary level metrics that indicate receptions of broadcast content within target geographic locations.

摘要: A method of verifying display of primary visual information on a screen of an electronic visual display device in which primary visual information is displayed on the screen of the display device. Visual verification information is simultaneously displayed at a verification location of the screen. The verification location is monitored using an optical detector to determine if the visual verification information is displayed. Display of the primary visual information is verified if it is determined that the verification information has been displayed.

摘要: Systems and methods for gathering research data using multiple monitoring devices are provided. The systems and methods include a processor to generate message data by supplementing first information collected by a first monitoring device with second information collected by a second monitoring device, the first information and the second information collected from media presented by a monitored device, and process the message data to determine a portion of the media that is encoded and a portion of the media that is unencoded. The example systems and methods also include a memory to store an indication that the message data is valid when the message data represents a code encoded in the media, and store data indicating the portion of the media that is encoded.

摘要: Example methods disclosed herein include accessing a query requesting a metric associated with a number of unique members of an audience of media over an aggregate monitoring interval corresponding to a plurality of component monitoring intervals. Disclosed example methods also include determining respective aggregate interval probability distributions modeling likelihoods of respective monitored individuals being exposed to the media during the aggregate monitoring interval, a first one of the aggregate interval probability distributions for a first one of the monitored individuals being determined by combining parameters of respective component interval probability distributions modeling likelihoods of the first one of the monitored individuals being exposed to the media during respective ones of the component monitoring intervals. Disclosed example methods further include evaluating an audience-level probability distribution determined from the aggregate interval probability distributions to determine the metric to transmit to the computing device in response to the query.
