    摘要: In a wireless communication system that performs a wireless communication by performing band division into a plurality of sub-spectra, a transmission device includes a band division unit and a transmission gain control unit configured to control a transmission gain of each of transmission signals of a plurality of sub-spectra for each sub-spectrum in accordance with information that is related to a power density of each sub-spectrum and fed back from a reception device so that the power density of each of reception signals of the plurality of sub-spectra on the reception device is uniform, and the reception device includes a reception power density detection unit configured to detect the power density of each of the plurality of sub-spectra to be received, a feedback unit configured to feed back information regarding the power density to the transmission device, and a band synthesis unit. Thus, it is possible to avoid deterioration of signal quality in hand division and synthesis transmission.

    摘要: A MIMO signal generator is adapted to generate a MIMO signal is provided. The MIMO signal generator comprises a signal generator, a signal divider and a frequency shifter. The signal generator is adapted to generate a plurality of frequency shifted partial MIMO signals within a first signal generator output signal. The frequency shifted partial MIMO signals being arranged on the frequency axis in a non-overlapping manner. The signal divider is adapted to divide the first signal generator output signal into a plurality of signal paths. The frequency shifter preferably comprises a frequency shifting device in at least one of the plurality of signal paths. The frequency shifting devices are adapted to shift the frequencies of the plurality of frequency shifted partial MIMO signals to a joint carrier frequency, resulting in a plurality of partial MIMO signals, forming the MIMO signal.

    摘要: An embodiment of the disclosed MIMO transceiver uses a single master clock to generate (i) the sampling-clock signals for the analog-to-digital and digital-to-analog converters and (ii) the multiple electrical local-oscillator signals that are used in various channels of the transceiver's analog down- and up-converters to translate signals between the corresponding intermediate-frequency and RF bands. The MIMO transceiver may employ a plurality of interconnected frequency dividers configured to variously divide the master-clock frequency to generate the sampling-clock signals and the multiple local-oscillator signals in a manner that causes these signals to have different respective frequencies. In embodiments designed for operating in the mmW band, the MIMO transceiver may also employ a frequency multiplier configured to multiply the master-clock frequency to generate an additional local-oscillator signal for translating signals between the mmW and RF bands.
