摘要: An electronic device with one or more processors and memory includes a procedure for using a digital assistant to automatically respond to incoming communications. In some embodiments, the device obtains a speech input from a user, and, in response to obtaining the speech input, the device determines whether the speech input includes instructions for performing a specified action in response to receipt of a subsequent incoming communication from one or more specified senders. After storing the instructions, the device obtains an incoming communication from a respective sender. The device determines whether the respective sender is one of the one or more specified senders, and, upon determining that the respective sender is one of the one or more specified senders, the device performs the specified action in accordance with the instructions and thereafter automatically deleting the instructions.

摘要: A system and method for omnichannel text-based routing, transfer, and customer-to-enterprise communications with smart masking of personal information. The system is a cloud-based network containing an interaction control server, a routing engine, an optimization engine, a media translation server, a mobile application, a business entity portal, mobile and compute devices for business enterprise and customer, and an enterprise database. Taken together or in part, said system optimizes customer interactions by delivering context aware text message, chat or email to customers; and when requested by customer, optimally routes with context, based upon a multitude of variables, to best available resource to handle the customer interaction. The system may be accessed through web browsers or purpose-built computer and mobile phone applications.

摘要: A server or an on-premises computing node accesses a message and a destination tag indicating one or more client devices participating in a conference to receive the message. The server or the on-premises computing node determines a configuration for the message based on a source of the message. The server or the on-premises computing node transmits the message to the one or more client devices indicated in the destination tag to configure the one or more client devices to display the message according to the configuration within a display region associated with the conference.

摘要: A telecommunication and multimedia management apparatus and method that supports voice and other media communications and that enables users to: (i) participate in multiple conversation modes, including live phone calls, conference calls, instant voice messaging or tactical communications; (ii) review the messages of conversations in either a live mode or a time-shifted mode and to seamlessly transition back and forth between the two modes; (iii) participate in multiple conversations either concurrently or simultaneously; (iv) archive the messages of conversations for later review or processing; and (v) persistently store media either created or received on the communication devices of users. The latter feature enables users to generate or review media when either disconnected from the network or network conditions are poor and to optimize the delivery of media over the network based on network conditions and the intention of the users participating in conversations.

摘要: A method for computer control of online social interactions based on conversation processing. A portion of a conversation with a given user is recorded, stored in memory, and processed so as to influence subsequent interactions. These may include audio or other contextualized annunciations of subsequent telephone calls. Other modes addressing conversational processing for social purposes can result in interwoven conversation guided among threads of interest, advertising and incented participation of conversational content and placement. The invention is capable of implementation in telecommunications systems such as cellular, local exchange, and VOIP, and in combination with other forms of internet-based telecommunication, including smart phones and adaptive forums chat rooms.

The mount (1) also includes an electrical interface (25) for connecting to an external power source, the interface (25) being positioned to engage a complementary electrical port (27) of the mobile device (3) when the mobile device (3) is in the operative position to supply power to the mobile device (3). The mount (1) and the mobile device (3) collectively define an illumination device (29, 31) and a first camera (33) that cooperate to obtain predetermined performance information about the driver.

The method includes receiving communication from a calling party and performing a lookup of information relating to the calling party in a database via an Internet Protocol connection based on an identifier of at least one of the calling party and the called party. The information comprises one or more audio files. The method then provides the audio announcement to a called party based on the audio files.
