摘要: An image processing method may be applied to a movable platform, and the movable platform may comprise a first vision sensor and a second vision sensor. The method may include obtaining a first localized image of the first vision sensor within an overlapping visual range, obtaining a second localized image of the second vision sensor within the overlapping visual range; acquiring an image captured by the first vision sensor at a first moment and an image captured at a second moment, the first vision sensor being positioned in space at the first moment differently than at the second moment; and determining a relative positional relationship between an object in the space where the movable platform is located and the movable platform based on the first localized image, the second localized image, the image captured at the first moment and the image captured at the second moment.

The decoded first peripherally located tile and the decoded second peripherally located tile are stitched to obtain a stitched image portion. The stitched image portion is encoded to obtain an encoded stitched image portion. An encoded stitched image of the first image and the second image is obtained by combining the encoded first centrally located tile, and the encoded stitched image portion.

摘要: Calibration target(s) are mounted on a vehicle including a plurality of cameras. The calibration targets are in the field of view of the cameras. The calibration targets are sometimes LED or IR illumined targets. The targets in some embodiments are shielded to block light from oncoming cars and/or to block driver view of the target to reduce the risk of driver distraction. The cameras capture images at the same time. Calibration operations are then performed using the target or targets included in the captured images as a known visual reference of a known shape. size and/or having a known image pattern. Calibration parameters including parameters providing information about the location and/or spatial positions of the cameras with respect to each other and/or the target are generated from the captured images. Distance to objects in the environment which are included in the captured images are then determined.

The optical waveguide includes a half mirror configured to output reflected infrared light and transmitted infrared light in response to the output infrared light.

摘要: A method for calibrating at least one of the six-degrees-of-freedom of all or part of cameras in a formation positioned for scene capturing, the method comprising a step of initial calibration before the scene capturing. The step comprises creating a reference video frame which comprises a reference image of a stationary reference object. During scene capturing the method further comprises a step of further calibration wherein the position of the reference image of the stationary reference object within a captured scene video frame is compared to the position of the reference image of the stationary reference object within the reference video frame, and a step adapting the at least one of the six-degrees-of-freedom of a multiple cameras of the formation if needed in order to get an improved scene capturing after the further calibration.

A method of decoding an image includes receiving a bitstream in which the image is encoded; obtaining index information for specifying a block division type of a current block in the image; and determining the block division type of the current block from a candidate group pre-defined in the decoding apparatus. The candidate group includes a plurality of candidate division types, including at least one of a non-division, a first quad-division, a second quad-division, a binary-division or a triple-division. The method also includes dividing the current block into a plurality of sub-blocks; and decoding each of the sub-blocks with reference to syntax information obtained from the bitstream.

摘要: A stereo image generation method and an electronic apparatus using the same are provided. The stereo image generation method includes the following steps. A two-dimensional (2D) original image corresponding to a first viewing angle is obtained, and a depth map of the 2D original image is estimated. Interpupillary distance information of a user is detected. A pixel shift processing is performed on the 2D original image according to the interpupillary distance information and the depth map to generate a reference image corresponding to a second viewing angle. An image inpainting processing is performed on the reference image to obtain a restored image. The restored image and the 2D original image are merged to generate a stereo image conforming to a stereo image format.

摘要: Stereoscopic volumetric video is provided using a processor-implemented method comprising: receiving captured video data of a scene from a first imaging device and a second imaging device; receiving captured depth data of the scene from a third imaging device and a fourth imaging device; combining the captured video data and the captured depth data to generate a first atlas frame sequence comprising multiple atlas frames; processing each atlas frame of the first atlas frame sequence to generate a reconstructed scene in a virtual environment; capturing each frame of the reconstructed scene using a virtual imaging device to generate a second atlas frame sequence comprising multiple atlas frames, wherein each atlas frame of the second atlas frame sequence includes virtual video data and virtual depth data of the reconstructed scene; and providing the stereoscopic volumetric video of the scene based on the virtual video data and the virtual depth data.
